• Provide in region logistics leadership for all logistics operations, guidance, and strategy. • Work in coordination with the other Regional Managers in formulating strategy and capabilities to provide logistics support for cross regional operations. • Partner and align with the regional leadership team on logistics priorities and strategic goals, including creating a customer-centric high performing team. • Drive strategic planning and execution across regional logistics sites to meet annual performance goals and deliver operational excellence. • Collaborate with internal teams, manage 3PL relationships with clear KPIs, and lead change management and start-up initiatives. • Lead continuous improvement activities. • Ensure achieving and delivering regional logistics performances/KPIs, such as: inventory accuracy and OTIF (On Time, In Full). • Responsible for leading and managing the Region Logistics team to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures. • Partner with Finance on the logistics P&L to drive profitable growth and cost excellence. • Manage, coach and mentor regional logistics teams and site logistics associates.

• Create and own innovative and reliable Guidance, Navigation, and Control solutions for our autonomous aircraft fleet to drive business impact and commercial success. • Provide expertise in various sensor modalities, including GNSS and inertial systems, and their integration into broader autonomous aircraft systems. • Perform analysis on GNSS sensor data ranging from prototypes to large-scale production operations to inform requirements and designs and implement solutions to improve performance for business impact and commercial success. • Create analyses, establish requirements, write and review design documents, implement code, and perform verification and validation of productionized flightworthy software in MATLAB, Python, and/or C++. • Share deep technical knowledge with the broader team on GNSS and inertial navigation modalities, including design, implementation, verification and validation techniques. • Collaborate cross-functionally between aircraft software, perception, hardware, and test teams. • Develop filtering solutions, such as Kalman Filters and other linear and non-linear filters, to fuse information from a variety of sensor technologies. • Conduct trade studies for sensor and algorithm designs. Perform risk assessments of different types of algorithms as applied to real-world scenarios. • Have ownership and cognisance of systems throughout the entire life-cycle: concept, design, implementation, lab and flight testing and evaluation, fielding, and support.

About the Role: Wing is looking for a Permitting Associate to join our Global Site Launch team based in Remotely in the US. The role will assist in the coordination of our internal, external, and city relationships related to site permitting. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who thrive in a dynamic team environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to administratively facilitate Wing Nest permitting by effectively collaborating with city municipalities (AHJs). What You’ll Do: - Support the development of permit submission discovery ensuring comprehensive permit applications, interact with project design professionals and Wing Partners, and strategically represent the company at municipality meetings - Actively participate in regulatory processes, staying informed on market changes and regulatory developments that may impact projects - With internal and 3rd party vendors, coordinate the scheduling, delivery, and status of all permits, ensuring alignment and coordination with internal and external stakeholders from project inception to permit approval - Facilitate the permit application process by obtaining necessary documents from engineering teams, securing required approvals, and acting as the primary liaison between Wing and our Partners - Prepare and submit required permitting applications, ensuring compliance with agency and board requirements, and update issued plans for accuracy - Maintain permitting database including process to permit, AHJ requirements and zoning laws - Collaborate closely with clients to ensure timely processing of permits and maintain clear and effective communication - Up to 75% travel to in person AHJ meetings across the country What You’ll Need: - 3+ years of experience in obtaining construction and code based site permits from municipalities (AHJs) - Intermediate knowledge of permitting processes across multiple jurisdictions - Established relationships with municipalities or the ability to build them within the first 90 days - Knowledge base in reading and interpreting site plans - Familiarity in supporting a scaling a permitting program - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent follow-up and time management abilities to minimize turnaround time The US base salary range for this full-time position is the salary range below + bonus + equity + benefits.
