Wing
• Lead during cross-functional incidents - orchestrating response efforts, making decisive real-time decisions, and coordinating all necessary stakeholders to safely and efficiently resolve issues • Manage first level investigation and triage of reported issues in order to determine the impacted systems and coordinate appropriate stakeholders to mitigate any effects • Thoroughly and carefully document all response actions taken as well as basis for resolution via incident management tooling systems • Document details, outcomes, and lessons learned from incidents and support documentation of standard solutions per engineering instruction for internal teams • Recommend procedural improvements and features based on lessons learned from system events • Assist in creating incident management policies, procedures, and other documentation • Assist in establishing tooling requirements for incident management • Assist in creating and delivering training materials for incident management processes to internal teams • Support tracking and close out of incident investigations and reports • Travel between Wing sites as needed
Job Requirements
- 3 - 6+ years of direct experience managing incidents, having served as an Incident Commander or lead responder for high-severity, cross-functional incidents within a complex operational environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a directly related field or equivalent practical experience
- Confident and sound decision-making abilities with strong and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to monitor and take in multiple information streams while working in real-time, high-pressure environments
- Ability to communicate thoroughly, clearly, and concisely in these high-pressure environments.
- Providing accurate and concise updates to a wide audience of critical stakeholders
- Coordinating with technical, non-technical, operations, and regulatory affairs personnel
- Providing direction to engineering and operations personnel in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to adjust to a changing environment, manage competing and rapidly shifting priorities and deadlines with a strong attention to detail
- Experience with program management, operations process development and emergency or incident response

O projeto BRA/25/025 – “Fortalecimento da segurança cibernética e da transparência para governança e efetividade da atuação do Poder Judiciário” desenvolve e implementa ferramentas e estratégias para o fortalecimento da segurança cibernética, da preservação digital e da integridade da informação, ampliando a proteção dos sistemas e dos usuários do Judiciário. A iniciativa fortalece a segurança institucional e promove a transparência, a boa governança e a eficiência dos processos judiciais, contribuindo para a economia de recursos e para uma atuação mais ágil da Justiça em benefício dos cidadãos e da sociedade. Role Description We are hiring a Senior Field & Events Marketing Manager to own and execute the full EMEA field and event marketing strategy and program across the region in support of Core revenue teams in the EMEA and MENA regions. This individual contributor role will be responsible for developing regional strategy, activating local market opportunities, and partnering directly with EMEA revenue leaders in-region and in-time zone. This individual will own the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of all field and event programs across EMEA — from Tier 1 hosted and sponsored events to regional field marketing activations including executive dinners, happy hours, StackAdapt Connect events, and priority local sponsorships. The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, understands how to tailor global messaging to regional audiences, and thrives in close partnership with Sales. What You'll Be Doing - Regional Strategy & Revenue Alignment - Lead planning and execution of Tier 1 events (hosted and sponsored), including large-scale industry events, flagship StackAdapt experiences, and priority sponsorships. - Own regional flagship moments (e.g., EMEA Conversion or equivalent), ensuring alignment with global standards while tailoring the experience to regional audiences. - Execute high-impact field events such as executive dinners, client entertainment, and localized networking activations to drive engagement and pipeline. - Manage all aspects of event delivery including budgeting, vendor and venue management, contract negotiation, logistics, attendee recruiting, onsite execution, follow up actions and reporting. - Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and venues across EMEA. - Design and execute post-event lead nurturing workflows, ensuring a seamless hand-off to the sales team. - Localized Content & Messaging Activation - Provide content support for regional initiatives, including: event landing pages, email invitations and follow-ups, social promotion assets, and post-event nurture messaging. - Partner with EMEA revenue and marketing leadership on overarching event messaging and campaign narratives, then localize and apply them to the EMEA market. - Develop event-native messaging that differentiates both large-scale and field activations from broader digital campaigns (e.g., bespoke messaging for trade shows vs. always-on content). - Ensure brand consistency while adapting tone and positioning to regional nuances. - Measurement & Optimization - Track and report on: pipeline sourced and influenced, event ROI, attendance and engagement rates (CSAT/NPS), budget utilization, and stakeholder satisfaction. - Partner with Marketing Ops and RevOps to ensure accurate attribution, campaign tracking, and performance reporting. - Use Salesforce and HubSpot (or similar) to manage campaigns, attribution, and reporting. - Continuously refine the overall EMEA event strategy, program mix, and investment allocation based on performance insights. - Run post-event analysis including stakeholder debriefs and feedback surveys to continuously improve program performance. Qualifications - 7+ years of event and/or field marketing experience, preferably in adtech, martech, SaaS, or B2B technology. - Experience supporting revenue teams across EMEA markets with strong cultural and market awareness. - Proven success owning and executing both large-scale (Tier 1) and regional field events that drive measurable pipeline results. - Ability to translate global messaging into locally relevant activations. - Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent programs. - Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Growth Marketing, and Content teams. - Strong communication skills and comfort working autonomously in-region. - Proven ability to develop and refine 'event-in-a-box' playbooks that empower local sales teams to execute while maintaining strict global brand standards and operational efficiency.
