• Serve as the IT application leader responsible for the overall strategy, delivery, and support of the Workday HR application suite • Partner closely with HR business stakeholders, regional teams, and IT teams to drive Workday transformation, optimize business processes, and ensure the platform supports the company’s growth and evolving HR operating model • Oversee the Workday application landscape across Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent, Performance, Reporting, Integrations, and related HR processes • Work closely with the APAC team and other global partners to ensure consistent delivery, strong governance, operational excellence, and successful execution of major HR initiatives • Lead the overall strategy, roadmap, delivery, and support model for the Workday HR application suite • Partner with HR leadership and business stakeholders to align Workday capabilities with HR transformation goals and business priorities • Oversee major HR processes and annual cycles, including Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Performance, Talent, Absence, and employee lifecycle processes • Provide leadership and direction to global Workday teams, including APAC-based resources, technical architects, configuration teams, and support partners • Drive Workday enhancements, integrations, automation, reporting, and process improvements to improve employee and manager experience • Ensure strong governance around Workday security, access controls, business processes, data quality, integrations, and compliance requirements • Partner with Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, HR Operations, Legal, Finance, and IT teams to deliver scalable and compliant solutions • Lead prioritization of Workday initiatives, balancing business needs, platform capabilities, risk, and operational capacity • Support major transformation programs, system rollouts, vendor engagements, and Workday roadmap planning • Establish application support standards, documentation, release management, testing discipline, and production change controls • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to automate manual processes, reduce cycle time, and improve data accuracy • Serve as the senior IT point of contact for Workday-related strategy, escalations, and executive-level discussions

• Drive the design and optimization of epitaxial stacks for VCSEL and related photonic device structures. • Translate device‑level requirements into robust epitaxial designs, using advanced semiconductor physics and numerical simulations. • Develop and refine device and epitaxy simulation models (e.g., optical cavity / mode simulations, carrier transport, thermal behavior). • Work closely with epitaxy, process, and device characterization teams to define experiments and DOEs. • Interpret measurement and reliability data and iterate designs based on feedback from wafer- and device‑level results. • Contribute to device architecture and development strategies, including roadmaps for performance, reliability, and manufacturability improvements. • Analyze and correlate simulation, epitaxial, and device performance data to identify root causes and optimization paths. • Prepare and present technical reports, design reviews, and development status updates for internal stakeholders. • Collaborate in a multi‑disciplinary, international R&D environment. • Mentor junior engineers and students in topics related to semiconductor device physics.

• Drive the technical execution, qualification, and deployment of our enterprise solid-state drive (eSSD) portfolio within one of our largest strategic Tier-1 OEM customer accounts • Act as the principal technical liaison and internal customer advocate, bridging the gap between the OEM’s advanced server/storage architects and SanDisk’s cross-functional engineering teams • Own the technical lifecycle of upcoming flagship enterprise programs—including next-generation eSSD architectural platforms • Manage product architecture reviews (Concept & Design), Quarterly Technical Reviews (QTRs), and future technology roadmap alignments with key enterprise and AI infrastructure architects • Manage end-to-end qualification milestones, executing deep-dives across Program Concept Reviews, Design Reviews, and early evaluation risk assessments • Collaborate deeply with internal engineering and customer teams to review all hardware, firmware, security, and mechanical interfaces • Perform hands-on failure analysis (FA) within local customer environments and labs using high-speed protocol analyzers to isolate and resolve complex Firmware bugs, PCIe/NVMe protocol issues, and data integrity anomalies • Act as the primary technical point of contact to rapidly triage, contain, and resolve complex field issues and high-severity customer escalations

• The primary role of the Channel Marketing Administrator is to be the owner and main stakeholder of the Marketing project management systems for the European Channel Marketing Team and Tier 1 and Tier 2 Retail and Etail accounts in Europe. • Manage the end to end process of raising MDF CONTRA and OPEX projects and claims for Customers and Channel Marketing Team. • Liaising with customers to ensure that the proof of execution and their invoice is correct and provided in a timely manner. • Liaising with T1 and T2 partners to manage and support the individual marketing project and business claims procedures. • Be the main point of contact for Distribution Finance Teams to upload Claims and all Credit Note queries. • Maintain individual Distribution Partner Claim Upload process. • Run reporting on budget investment, claim status, budget movement, customer activities and ad hoc reporting as required. • Manage uploading and transfer of budget into Salesforce / Oracle Cloud as required. • Maintain regional budget trackers and support with any bug fixes as required. • Train Tier 1 and Tier 2 partners on Business Support Center. • Complete special projects, reports & analysis as needed. • Provide administrative support for a variety of marketing programmers.
