• Direct the strategy, implementation, and optimization of Source-to-Pay systems and processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of business systems analysts, procurement specialists, and technical professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability • Develop and execute comprehensive spend analytics programs to identify cost-saving opportunities, supplier performance insights, and procurement risk mitigation strategies • Oversee the integration and management of procurement technology platforms, including ERP systems, e-procurement tools, and analytics solutions • Design and implement process improvements across sourcing, procurement, and vendor management functions to enhance efficiency and reduce cycle times • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT to align procurement systems with broader business initiatives • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor procurement metrics, spend trends, and system performance • Lead vendor management initiatives, including contract negotiations, performance evaluations, and relationship optimization • Champion digital transformation and automation initiatives to streamline procurement workflows and enhance data visibility • Provide executive-level reporting and insights on procurement performance, cost savings, and strategic recommendations • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls
Job Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain management, or related business operations
- 5+ years in a director-level or senior management position with demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Source-to-Pay systems, including implementation, configuration, and optimization
- Experience in Process optimizations using Agentic AI preferred
- Advanced proficiency in spend analytics, data analysis, and business intelligence tools
- Expertise in ERP systems (Oracle Fusion cloud)
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract administration
- Demonstrated ability to identify and drive cost optimization and savings initiatives
