WBS

• Represent the subject area with passion and foresight • Focus on competency development of course participants • Subject-related teaching from the home office in the WBS LearnSpace 3D • Use a variety of teaching methods for lesson design • Prepare and design lesson-related learning materials according to the curriculum • Conduct competence growth assessments • Excellent command of German as the language of instruction (C2 level)

Job Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an Office Management Clerk (Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Büromanagement) or a comparable commercial qualification
  • Relevant practical experience as a trainer/lecturer, including exam preparation
  • Solid knowledge of the current learning content for the apprenticeship Office Management Clerk in one or more of the following subject areas:
  • Accounting and HR
  • Office organization and communication
  • Office management and digital competencies
  • Commercial processes and marketing
  • Proof of pedagogical aptitude (AEVO)
