• Represent your subject area with passion and foresight • Develop the competencies of course participants • Deliver subject-related instruction from the home office in WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Apply a variety of teaching methods to design lessons • Prepare and create course-related learning materials according to the curriculum • Conduct assessments to measure competency growth • Excellent command of German as the language of instruction (C2 level)
Job Requirements
- Completed vocational training or a degree in economics/business administration or a related field
- Professional experience as a quality management representative, quality manager, and/or external quality auditor
- Proof of the aforementioned certifications
- Proof of pedagogical suitability, e.g., in the form of an AEVO (trainer qualification)
- Experience teaching in publicly funded adult education
- Strong methodological and didactic skills in delivering instructional content
- Independent, structured work style with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
