Trainer, Learning Coach for PLC Programming
WBS
• Subject-specific instruction at the Dresden-North location (20%) • Teaching from home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D® (80%) • Preparing and developing instructional learning materials according to the curriculum • Conducting competency growth assessments
Job Requirements
- Completed vocational training, technician or engineering qualification in Automation Technology
- Knowledge in programming, troubleshooting and commissioning of automation systems
- Specific experience programming Siemens PLCs using TIA Portal
- Knowledge of network technology
- Practical application of skills in TIA Portal
- Knowledge of control engineering and measurement/ instrumentation technology
- Basic knowledge of SIMIT software is advantageous
- AEVO (trainer certification) or comparable pedagogical qualification desirable
- Methodical and didactic skills in delivering instructional content
- Independent and structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
