• Supports a Brand or Franchise organization in the design and delivery of training solutions to a field sales organization • Ensures both Training & Development and Brand Strategy is effectively represented in all training programs and solutions • Builds relationships with key stakeholders and manage several stakeholders at various levels • Requires high level of performance coaching, strategy alignment/execution, and application of training fundamentals to enhance performance learning of participants • Designs, develops, and delivers compliant learning solutions that increases effectiveness and credibility of participants • Builds trust and credibility with stakeholders through regular interaction, evidenced by feedback and proven working partnerships • Leverages existing Learning & Development core platforms and content within the specific Franchise/Brand training products • Demonstrates direct and open communication with key stakeholders resulting in positive relationships and mutual alignment • Provides candid and specific verbal & written feedback resulting in training participants being aware of strengths and weaknesses including a plan for improved performance • Recognizes the skill level of training participants and adjusts coaching and training techniques accordingly • Develops Rotational Trainers and/or Guest Trainers by providing a meaningful role in the class, one-to-one coaching including performance feedback • Demonstrates and applies knowledge of all stakeholder businesses, strategies and priorities and integrates training activities into brand team business plans • Recognized as a product and disease-state expert as well as an expert in non-therapeutic areas such as customer and business skills

Diese Position ist Teil einer langfristigen Trainer-Partnership mit flexiblen Abrufmöglichkeiten. - Durchführung von RH404 Satellite Administration Schulungen und/oder LPIC 1/LPIC 2 Schulungen - Vermittlung der Inhalte in praxisorientierter Form - Durchführung von Hands-On Labs und praktischen Übungen - Beantwortung von Fachfragen der Teilnehmer - Online- und/oder Präsenz-Schulungen je nach Kundenbedarf Qualifications - Erforderliche Zertifizierungen: RedHat Certified Instructor (RCI) ODER LPIC 2/LPIC 3 - Erfahrung in der Durchführung von technischen Schulungen - Fähigkeit, Inhalte verständlich zu vermitteln - Praktische Erfahrung mit RedHat Satellite (Verwaltung, Deployment) UND/ODER praktische Erfahrung mit Linux-Systemadministration - RedHat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) oder ähnliche Distributionen - Fließende Deutsch- und/oder Englischkenntnisse Requirements - Langfristige Partnerschaft – Schulungen nach Bedarf (projektbasiert) - Vollauslastung während der Schulungstage - Einsatzort: Online + Onsite (ggf.
