• Directly lead and manage the inbound setter team on a daily basis • Coach, mentor, and develop setters through ongoing performance management and accountability • Facilitate all daily setter huddles with structure, intention, and performance focus • Conduct regular one-on-one performance conversations with team members • Review and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance trends • Hold team members accountable to KPIs, scheduling standards, communication expectations, and operational consistency • Maintain oversight of all inbound setter scheduling and calendar coverage • Ensure implementation calendars are staffed appropriately to support inbound lead flow and ad spend demands • Develop and maintain onboarding and ramp plans for all new inbound setters • Reinstate and maintain a stats-driven accountability culture

• Build and manage a clean, reliable content schedule across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) • Publish content consistently according to brand standards and platform best practices • Coordinate with editors, creators, and leadership to ensure content readiness • Write or finalize captions, hashtags, and basic post copy when needed • Ensure correct formatting, tagging, links, and posting times per platform • Track and report weekly/monthly performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves, shares, growth) • Identify patterns in content performance and surface insights to the team • Maintain a centralized content calendar and asset library • Flag issues early (missed deadlines, bottlenecks, low performance trends) • Ensure brand consistency across all organic channels

• Engage potential clients on Zoom and phone • Run high-volume conversations with confidence • Set high-quality appointments • Maintain meticulous CRM notes • Hit daily and weekly performance metrics
