Enrollment Advisor

• Conduct scheduled 45-minute Zoom enrollment calls, often in back-to-back blocks throughout the workday. • Lead thorough consultations to understand each prospect’s goals, challenges, needs, and desired outcomes. • Build trust, ask meaningful questions, navigate objections, and confidently guide prospective clients through the decision-making process. • Maintain a high level of energy, professionalism, focus, and performance throughout scheduled call blocks. • Consistently meet or exceed established sales and performance KPIs. • Clearly articulate the benefits, methodology, and value of the WarriorBabe VIP Program. • Share relevant client success stories and outcomes. • Confidently address questions, concerns, hesitation, and objections. • Guide clients through the enrollment and payment process accurately. • Assist clients in selecting the appropriate program and payment option, including available financing opportunities. • Own and actively manage a pipeline of prospective clients and follow-up opportunities. • Complete timely and consistent follow-up through assigned communication channels. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within HubSpot. • Complete all required End-of-Day and End-of-Week reporting accurately and on time. • Attend and actively participate in daily Sales Team Huddles Monday through Friday. • Collaborate with Customer Success and Customer Support to ensure an excellent post-enrollment experience.

Job Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in high-ticket sales, ideally selling offers valued at $9,000 or more.
  • Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust, navigate objections, and lead meaningful conversations.
  • Highly motivated, competitive, resilient, and performance-driven.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to work the schedule and call volume required to succeed in a competitive high-ticket sales environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, follow-through, and administrative discipline.
  • Experience working in a remote sales environment and proficiency with CRM and digital communication tools; HubSpot experience is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to independently manage a high-volume pipeline.
  • Commitment to coaching, feedback, continuous learning, and skill development.
  • Ability to adapt quickly based on prospective-client needs, leadership feedback, performance data, and evolving business needs.
  • Knowledge of or strong interest in women's health, fitness, and nutrition.
