Senior Client Program Coordinator

Role Description The Client Senior Program Coordinator (CPC) serves as a key member of Wall Street Prep’s Operations team, supporting both the Program Management and Account Management functions. The CPC plays a central role in guiding clients through onboarding, program delivery, and renewal processes to support revenue growth and exceptional client experiences. This role is responsible for coordinating the logistics and operational execution of our training programs while helping to build strong relationships with client accounts across corporate, public, certificate, and university verticals. The CPC must thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments that require creativity, initiative, and strong problem-solving skills. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders at Wall Street Prep as well as decision-makers at leading investment banks, private equity firms, and Fortune 500 companies. This role is based remotely in Dubai or Abu Dhabi and requires regular travel to client locations throughout the Middle East to support program delivery. Key Responsibilities - Client Program Management - Manage 25-50% of clients directly with an Account Manager. - Create and maintain program logistics trackers and documentation. - Continuously update program logistics based on inputs from Program Managers (PMs) and clients. - Manage instructor travel logistics end-to-end. - Monitor travel budgets for clients with cost caps. - Create, update, and manage program surveys and compile final results reports. - Assign and manage Poll Everywhere and Zoom accounts. - Prepare Zoom welcome materials and resources to share with clients. - Schedule client and internal meetings as requested. - Develop first drafts of client kickoff presentations and program review decks. - Respond to operational “fire drills.” - Maintain client program rosters and user access across systems. - Oversee online only clients. - Support ad hoc requests from corporate clients. - Regional Program Support - Support programs primarily across the Middle East and broader EMEA region. - Respond to client and instructor inquiries during Middle East business hours. - Travel to client sites to support the execution of in-person training programs. - Operations & Cross-Functional Support - Assist the Head of Department and senior leadership with special projects. - Help document internal processes and create reporting materials. - Support internal workflows such as exam submission and grading processes. - Contribute to the overall operational health of the business. Qualifications - Demonstrated customer service or client-facing experience. - Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. - Ability to anticipate needs and plan ahead without prompting. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to build trust and credibility with clients. - Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities. - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. - Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced and evolving environment. - Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally. - Ability to take initiative while appropriately escalating critical issues. - Passion for delivering best-in-class training experiences. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. - 1–2 years of experience in program management, client services, operations, or project coordination. - Experience in financial services is a plus. Work Environment - Remote role based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. - Regular travel required across the Middle East. - Occasional work outside standard hours may be required. Role Description The National Director - Health Pools Client Services is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing client service operations within Gallagher’s Health Pool Practice. This role is focused on driving exceptional client service, ensuring revenue retention, and maintaining cost efficiency across the practice. The National Director will lead efforts to develop best practices, monitor and improve client service cost-to-revenue ratios, and implement scalable service models that align with Gallagher’s strategic goals. This position requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of client service operations, data management, and process optimization. How you'll make an impact - Revenue Retention - Develop Best Practices: Create and implement standardized best practices for COE sites and local branch pool teams to achieve a target of 97% client revenue retention. - At-Risk Client Tracking: Establish and maintain a robust tracking system to identify at-risk clients early. - Remediation Planning and Execution: Collaborate with branch teams and COE sites to develop and execute remediation plans for at-risk clients. - Strategic Planning for MIC Clients: Participate in internal preparation for client meetings and strategic planning sessions, focusing on MIC pool clients. - Client Service Cost-to-Revenue Ratios - Monitor Ratios: Continuously monitor client service cost-to-revenue ratios within COE sites. - Support Branches with High Ratios: Work closely with branches that have pool client service cost-to-revenue ratios exceeding 15%. - Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze cost-to-revenue data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. - Center of Excellence (COE) Sites - Develop Service Structure: Design and implement a COE site service structure that is fully integrated into the larger branch framework. - Oversight and Collaboration: Provide oversight of COE operations, closely partnering with key stakeholders. - Consistency Across COE Sites: Drive consistency and efficiency across COE sites by standardizing processes and workflows. - Pool-Specific Client Service Processes - Data Management and Automation: Develop and implement incremental plans for the deployment of data management and automation. - Uniform Service Support Model: Design and deploy a uniform service support model to enable scalable growth. - Oversight of GCoE Resources: Provide general oversight of GCoE resources. - Process Evaluation and Improvement: Continuously evaluate client service processes to identify areas for improvement.
