• Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Assistant (PA) is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into the project management field. • The duties support various company government projects. • The programs oversee dozens of government contracts spanning across the country. • Maintain all company databases relating to Social Security Administration or other project contracts. • Maintaining accuracy and consistency for all project information/documentation sources. • Complete and maintain all support documentation for project conformances. • Review daily schedules of sub-contractors and government offices for accuracy. • Upload new schedules and update existing schedules with any changes. • Help maintain annual compliance requirements/documentation. • Interacting with government personnel, as well as sub-contractors. • Perform quality control (QC) on daily receipts of service performed. • Perform QC on Social Security hearing outcomes for invoicing purposes. • Systems management of candidate and subcontractor database – updating and inputting data, providing suggestions to improving tracking, workflow, etc. • SSA contract processing and tracking in database. • Assist in completion, issuance, and maintenance to VHR’s subcontract modification updates (filing and tracking). • Server file clean-up and organization. • Process training documentation organization.

• Collect all necessary documentation and guide subcontractors through the suitability and credentialing processes • Coordinating and managing the scheduling of training sessions between clients and contractors, ensuring timely communication, availability alignment, and seamless appointment execution. • Send initial forms to subcontractors to initiate the suitability process • Utilize Podio to document actions taken and track data • Complete e-QIP process for each subcontractor, including fingerprint appointment coordination • Create and submit process and status reports, as requested • Adhere to existing procedures and processes • Monitor email inboxes and maintain active daily communications, both by phone and email • Notify POC if anything comes from Client that needs to be addressed by them • Work with and support the Project Manager and Assistant Project Managers to uphold all contractual requirements with the SSA • Issue and maintain annual compliance requirements and documentation for completion • Perform quality control on documentation received from prospective subcontractors • Systems management of candidate and subcontractor database including updating and inputting data • Suggestions for improving tracking and workflow as identified or needed

• Planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading security measures for the protection of the organization's data, systems, and networks. • Troubleshooting security and network problems. • Responding to all system and/or network security breaches. • Ensuring that the organization's data and infrastructure are protected by enabling the appropriate security controls. • Participating in the change management process. • Testing and identifying network and system vulnerabilities. • Daily administrative tasks, reporting, and communication with the relevant departments in the organization.

• Design and develop mechanical components, enclosures, and assemblies for electronic systems • Perform CAD modeling and detailed drawings to support prototype and production builds • Collaborate closely with electrical engineers to ensure accurate PCB-to-mechanical integration • Use Altium MCAD CoDesigner to synchronize mechanical and PCB design changes • Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) to validate structural integrity • Perform stress analysis, including torsional rigidity of enclosures and PCB mounting systems • Execute shock and vibration analysis for ruggedized environments • Perform thermal analysis to ensure adequate cooling and thermal performance • Support design-for-manufacturing (DFM) and design-for-assembly (DFA) best practices • Document analysis results, assumptions, and design decisions • Support prototype builds, testing, and design iteration.

• Assist in the building and scaling a startup moving company designed to serve military members, veterans, and their families • Translate operational discipline, logistics, and mission-focused leadership into a customer-centric business • Help build and deliver reliable, respectful, and mission-ready moving services • Transition to supporting the CCO by prospecting, qualifying, and generating leads for Military Personally Procured Moves (PPMs)

• Conduct comprehensive on-site visual assessments of Real Property Installed Equipment (RPIE), evaluating all systems and components associated with facilities and structures, to determine operating efficiency, capacity, and remaining life expectancy. • If hired after internship, travel to remote CONUS and OCONUS sites (25% monthly, up to 50% based on project needs) to perform facility condition assessments and gather detailed data. • Utilize proprietary software tools via computers, iPads, or tablets to input, validate, and maintain facility condition assessment data. • Develop and validate work plan items, translating field-collected data into actionable work packages for CMMS Facilities Management (FM). • Ensure data accuracy through systematic updates, validations, and detailed reporting. • Generate inventory condition reports and technical updates for facilities newly added to the client portfolio.

• Conduct initial client intake. • Assist clients during the records request and documentation process, including medical, employment, and personal history records. • Maintain ongoing communication with clients, providing case status updates and collecting required information. • Serve as liaison between clients, attorneys, and internal support teams. • Organize, track, and maintain case files electronically. • Assist in drafting basic correspondence and case-related documents. • Support attorneys in document review, data compilation, and preparation of filings or settlement packets. • Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with all privacy and HIPAA-related standards.
