Role Description We’re looking for a highly capable Systems Administrator to assist with and eventually own identity, SaaS, and cloud security across the company. This role is responsible for ensuring secure access, proper configuration, and ongoing governance of our core platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft 365/Azure AD. You’ll work closely with Security, Engineering, and Operations to enforce strong access controls, maintain compliance with security frameworks, and improve the systems and workflows that support how Inkit operates. This is a great role for someone who enjoys building secure foundations, managing critical infrastructure, and bringing structure and reliability to a fast-moving environment. What You’ll Do - Identity & Access Management (IAM) - Provision and manage systems account access via Rippling and Google Workspace SSO - Manage the full user lifecycle (provisioning, deprovisioning, role changes) - Implement and maintain MFA, conditional access, and identity governance policies - Security & Compliance - Monitor and audit system access, authentication logs, and platform activity - Conduct periodic access reviews - Respond to and support security incidents related to identity and access - Assist leadership with special projects related to internal operations, process improvement, and organizational efficiency - Automation & Process Improvement - Develop automations for account management, reporting, and audits - Improve onboarding, offboarding, and access approval workflows - Integrate systems using APIs to reduce manual work and improve reliability - Collaboration & Support - Partner with Security, HR, and Engineering to define and enforce access policies - Provide internal company support for authentication and access-related issues - Document system configurations, procedures, and security policies Qualifications - 3–5+ years of experience in systems administration and identity access management - Strong understanding of SSO, SAML, and OAuth - Experience implementing MFA and conditional access policies - Strong attention to detail and security-first mindset - Ability to manage multiple systems and priorities effectively - Clear written and verbal communication skills Requirements - Certifications such as Security+ - Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 / Azure AD (Entra ID) - Experience with identity providers (Platform One, Okta, etc.) - Familiarity with security frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or NIST - Experience with endpoint management / MDM solutions - Experience with SIEM tools and log analysis Benefits - This internship may include certification training to upskill if the training is needed for the internship/role. - Mentorship and guidance via weekly SkillBridge Intern Zoom Meetings. - PM Fundamentals course, Resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and interview skills course. - Other free resources, including an electronic copy of 'How to Speak Civilian Fluently'. - Not all internships include certification training by Vets2PM, as many host companies include their own internship-focused training instead.

Role Description Yorktown Systems Group is seeking a qualified Unmanned Aerial Vehicle / Remotely Piloted Aircraft System SME to support NATO’s Joint Force Training Center (JFTC) located in Bydgoszcz, Poland conducting training and exercises for the NATO Command Structure (NCS) and NATO Force Structure (NFS) to ensure operational ability and interoperability in a variety of environments. The Unmanned Aerial Vehicle/Remotely Piloted Aircraft System (UAV/RPAS) Subject Matter Expert (SME) will provide continuous, scalable, and doctrinally aligned expertise to the Exercise Control (EXCON) structure and associated functional cells in support of NATO and multinational land domain exercises conducted under this framework contract. The SME will support the full exercise lifecycle—concept development, planning, scenario design, MEL/MIL scripting, execution, assessment, and lessons learned integration—ensuring that the employment, integration, and coordination of friendly and adversary UAV/RPAS capabilities are realistic, safe, doctrinally sound, and compliant with NATO and national regulations.
