Role Description We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a complex, multi-project programme, ensuring alignment across internal teams, external stakeholders, and our international headquarters. The role owns overall programme outcomes, including financial performance, stakeholder satisfaction, risk management, and strategic alignment. Qualifications - 10+ years of professional experience in project, programme, or delivery management roles. - 5+ years in a Programme Manager / Senior Project Manager role, with accountability for multiple parallel projects or workstreams. - Demonstrated career progression from hands-on project delivery into programme-level ownership and strategic coordination. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years of professional experience as a software developer. - Strong proficiency in backend or systems programming languages (Rust, C#/.NET, Node.js, Java, Python, Ruby, or Go). - Solid experience with front-end development in one or more modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue). - Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL & NoSQL), web protocols, and web services (REST/SOAP). - Expertise in API design, data modeling, and system architecture (microservices, distributed systems). - Familiarity with authentication/authorization schemes (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, etc.). - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). PREFERRED SKILLS - Experience with message queuing, event-driven systems, and stream processing. - Familiarity with monitoring tools and frameworks for diagnosing system bottlenecks. - Knowledge of advanced architectural patterns (domain-driven design, event-driven architecture). - Experience with agile development methodologies. The pay range for this position is $125,000 - $135,000 per yer.
