Role Description The Corporate Alliance Recruiter collaborates closely with Account Managers to ensure successful placement of eligible graduates in roles within our Corporate Alliance employers. Their primary focus is on fostering strong partnerships and facilitating graduate employment opportunities. What You’ll Do: - Eligibility Assessment and Outreach: Proactively reach out to the assigned graduate population to assess their eligibility for placement in available roles through our corporate partnerships. - Accurate Documentation Management: Maintain precise documentation related to the graduate population. Regularly update student profiles to ensure consistent job matching with relevant opportunities. - Support Team Coordination: Collaborate with appropriate support roles to coordinate web application and onboarding requests. Ensure that graduates complete all necessary pre-employment steps to start their jobs successfully. - Sourcing Candidates and Conducting Interviews: Source candidates from existing student and graduate population. Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability. Role Description The Graduate Success Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of both recent graduates and current students. This role oversees graduates’ initial weeks of employment in the allied health care field, actively supporting them to overcome obstacles and achieve career success. What You’ll Do: - Graduate Support and Coaching: Assist graduates in achieving success with employment, with career coaching during their initial 2 weeks and up to the first 30 days of employment. - System Development and Maintenance: Develop and maintain systems to support employment opportunities for students and graduates. Ensure efficient and accurate processes for job placement. - Placement Verification and Student Identification: Identify active students currently employed in allied healthcare facilities. Complete all necessary placement verification procedures promptly. - Collaboration and Process Completion: Partner with the Graduate Success Processors and the Placement Verification Team. Ensure successful completion of all placement verification processes. - Alumni Connection and Obstacle Resolution: Collaborate with other members of the Career Services team, including production and corporate alliances. As an Admissions Representative, you’ll help prospective students decide if enrolling at UMA is the right choice for their education. And you don’t need to have experience working at a school for this role, because we provide comprehensive paid training. Key Responsibilities: Functional: - Follows admissions criteria for all perspective students in accordance with all school and company policies and procedures, all applicable federal and state regulations, and all accrediting agency standards and requirements. - Contacts potential students utilizing most appropriate method of contact (e.g., phone, email, etc.) to set up information session. - Conducts interviews of prospective students while gauging interest level, area of study, time and availability, etc. - Serve as liaison between prospective student and Admissions on their initial visit to the school - Contact graduates, previously cancelled students, and students scheduled to start in classes to provide program opportunities and assess class readiness. - Use Interaction Client to efficiently respond to student inquiries through inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and other forms of approved communication. - Evaluates prospective students based on his/her needs, desire, interests, qualifications, motivations, commitments, and determinations in a qualitative manner. - Completes and maintains all required paperwork (e.g., enrollment, transfer requests, etc.) and data entry in an accurate, timely, and compliant manner. - Refers students as appropriate to Student Finance and/or correct department. - Schedules appointments for campus tours. - Follows all training and guidance as provided by the Director of Admissions.
