Tech, Games, design/creative agency and freelancer are all good backgrounds for this role - We work in Adobe Creative Suite, Blender or Cinema 4D for 3D, and Figma for UX — comfort with these is a plus, mastery of your own toolset matters more. 3D is not essential for this role but a plus. WHAT WE EXPECT - Leverage your experience to work quickly and efficiently, we’re a lean team, everyone needs to pitch in and move fast - Take ownership of creative programs and see them through concept to final execution - Turn your hand to what’s needed, livery for a spacecraft – check, presentation materials for a board meeting - check If you like this role but your skills or experience don’t quite fit… well apply anyway, or look at our other creative team role and see if that’s a better match: SENIOR UI DESIGNER COMPENSATION: - Base Salary: $90,000-$130,000 - Equity + Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, Parental Leave Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education and experience.
