Role Description - Develop and grow the non-utility modules business in Poland through distributors, EPCs and key channel partners. - Build, manage and strengthen long term partnerships with distributors and EPCs as primary commercial counterparts. - Support partners in managing relationships with end customers, investors and installer networks to drive demand for Trina Solar modules. - Define and execute the local channel and account strategy aligned with Trina Solar’s regional and global commercial objectives. - Identify and develop sales opportunities together with partners, from early engagement through order booking and execution. - Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with channel partners in line with company pricing policies, guidelines and compliance standards. - Act as the main commercial interface between partners and internal Trina Solar teams (Sales Operations, Logistics, Finance, PM). - Ensure accurate pipeline management, forecasting and reporting via Salesforce (CRM). - Monitor market developments, channel performance, pricing dynamics and competitor activities, providing structured feedback to regional management. - Represent Trina Solar at industry events, partner meetings and exhibitions, promoting the company’s product portfolio (modules and related solutions relevant to channel partners). - Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and support knowledge sharing within the sales organization. Qualifications - Minimum 6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within solar PV or renewable energy. - Proven experience working with distributors, EPCs and installer driven sales models. - Strong understanding of the Polish non-utility solar market and channel structures. - Ability to manage indirect sales and influence end customers through partners. - Strong commercial and negotiation skills with a structured, solution-oriented mindset. - Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). - Willingness to travel regularly within Poland and Europe. - Fluent Polish and English (written and spoken) required. Ukrainian or any additional European language would be a plus.
