Role Description - Drive the technical win strategy on strategic opportunities, contributing directly to deal success and revenue growth. - Lead technical solution design and support RFP/RFQ processes for utility-scale and large commercial PV projects. - Partner with Sales Managers to structure and negotiate technical and quality terms in customer contracts. - Act as the technical authority in customer engagements, including utilities, IPPs, developers, EPCs, and investors. - Ensure all proposed solutions are technically feasible, compliant, and commercially competitive. - Serve as the main point of contact for technical and quality topics during manufacturing, inspection, and delivery. - Coordinate across Sales, Product, Operation, Quality, and Manufacturing teams in a global, matrix organization. - Monitor market trends, technical standards, and customer requirements across the European PV sector. - Provide structured feedback to Product Management to drive continuous product and solution improvement. - Support Aftersales teams in resolving technical claims and customer issues when required. Qualifications - 8+ years of experience in engineering roles in solar PV EPC, asset owners or technical advisory. - Proven experience supporting or delivering utility-scale or large commercial PV projects. - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or higher). - Strong knowledge of PV modules, manufacturing processes, and quality standards. - Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus. - Ability to combine deep technical expertise with strong commercial awareness. - Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior external partners. - High attention to detail and a structured, solution-oriented mindset. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Willingness to travel across Europe as required.
