• Du unterstützt die Entwicklung und Umsetzung unserer B2B Commercial Strategy für ESN und übersetzt strategische Initiativen in konkrete Maßnahmen für den Handel • Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit Sales, Brand und Trade Marketing kunden- und kanalspezifische Wachstumspläne • Du steuerst Go-to-Market-Projekte – von Sortiments- und Portfolioempfehlungen über Promotions bis hin zu Innovation Launches • Du analysierst Umsatz-, Distributions-, Profitabilitäts- und Sell-out-Daten und leitest konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen für unsere Vertriebsteams ab • Du entwickelst und treibst Sales Storys, Sell-in-Unterlagen, Category-Argumentationen und Präsentationen für Key Accounts • Du unterstützt bei der Entwicklung von Preis-, Promotions- und Portfolioempfehlungen und trägst dazu bei, profitables Wachstum sicherzustellen • Du koordinierst bereichsübergreifende Projekte mit Sales, Brand, Product, Category Management, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance und externen Partnern • Du identifizierst Verbesserungspotenziale in Prozessen und Commercial Excellence und bringst diese eigenständig voran • Du unterstützt den Brand Commercial Lead bei strategischen Projekten, Business Reviews und der Weiterentwicklung unserer B2B-Organisation

Job Requirements

  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, des Marketings oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
  • Du verfügst über mindestens 3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Commercial, Category Management, Trade Marketing, Sales Development oder Marketing – idealerweise im FMCG-, Food-, Consumer Goods- oder Retail-Umfeld.
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb sowie im Aufbau kommerzieller Konzepte und Go-to-Market-Prozessen.
  • Du bringst ein sehr gutes analytisches Verständnis sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit KPI-, Umsatzs- und Marktdaten mit.
  • Du gehst sicher mit Excel und PowerPoint um; Erfahrung mit BI- oder Reporting-Tools ist ein Plus.
  • Du überzeugst durch ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Projektmanagementfähigkeiten und arbeitest gerne mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern zusammen.
  • Du zeichnest dich durch hohe Eigeninitiative, unternehmerisches Denken und den Anspruch aus, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.

Role Description This role partners closely with the Global Head of Social to shape and execute Genpact’s social media strategy, creating audience-centric content and experiences that educate and engage users to ultimately shift brand awareness and perception of Genpact as a leader in advanced technology.
