Senior Supply Planning Analyst
The Quality Group
• As Key User, you are responsible for the supply, production and inventory planning modules of our Advanced Planning System (APS). You monitor planning parameters, master data and system settings, and work closely with IT on the continuous optimization of the system. • You support the rollout and further development of our APS, contribute to the functional design, define functional requirements, accompany implementation and monitor the value delivered by the introduced solutions. • You develop and document the end-to-end operating model for our supply planning processes, including constraint-based planning rules, planning fences, exception logic and frozen-window policies. • You are responsible for inventory policy frameworks, including service policies, inventory segmentation, safety stock targets and replenishment parameters, and translate these into playbooks and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • You define supply planning KPIs (e.g., service level, plan adherence, capacity utilization, inventory turns, SLOB and schedule adherence), develop dashboards and reports, analyze supply and planning deviations and derive concrete recommendations for operational teams and management. • You develop scenario analyses, support training, capability building and adoption, ensure high standards in master data management and identify optimization potential between defined processes and operational planning.
Job Requirements
- You have 3 to 5 years of practical experience in supply, production or inventory planning, ideally in the FMCG, manufacturing or consumer goods industries.
- You have solid experience with an Advanced Planning System such as o9, SAP IBP, Kinaxis or a comparable solution; experience as a Key User or in system configuration is an advantage.
- You have a strong understanding of supply planning fundamentals, including RCCP, MRP and MPS logics, constraint-based planning, inventory optimization and replenishment strategies.
- You are proficient in Excel and at least one BI tool such as Power BI, Tableau or a comparable solution.
- You can document processes clearly and translate data into concrete recommendations for planning and operational teams.
- You communicate confidently with diverse stakeholders, work in a structured way and actively contribute to a cross-functional Center of Excellence that defines and evolves planning standards.

Our multi‑hospital health system is seeking an experienced Inpatient Coder to join our remote coding team.
