Job Description
Senior Director, Integrated Strategy – Storytelling
Tinuiti
• Lead strategic planning across the large, complex e.l.f. Beauty account and act as a senior escalation point on planning quality, client confidence, and major strategic choices. • Act as the senior strategic partner to Client Partners on major account planning, identifying media-driven growth opportunities that can expand client revenue, expand the portfolio, and deepen the agency relationship. • Take complex data, media plans, and creative concepts and distill them into punchy, clear, and unignorable strategic recommendations. • Audit and elevate our client deliverables. You know that sometimes the best 50-slide deck is actually a 5-slide deck. • Serve as a trusted strategic partner to e.l.f. VPs and executives, delivering high-level perspectives on the beauty, consumer, and digital marketing landscape. • Co-lead major new business and portfolio expansion pitches in collaboration with Business Development and Client Partners, shaping the planning story, strategic narrative, and case for investment. • Keep a relentless, real-time pulse on internet culture, community shifts, and emerging digital trends. Ensure the agency and the client are acting on trends, not just reacting to them. • Lead and evangelize adoption and integration of the agency's proprietary planning suite and broader planning tools into strategic planning work, focusing on scalable solutions and stronger planning quality. • Articulate the structure, strengths, and limitations of available planning tools and connect those insights to advanced measurement frameworks such as Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and broader client business goals. • Oversee advanced data analysis approaches and planning-related testing, ensuring strategic hypotheses are clear and learnings are actionable, allowing the team to learn quickly from challenges and turn them into stronger practices.
Job Requirements
- 7-10+ years of digital strategy, communications planning, or brand strategy experience, ideally within a fast-paced agency or high-growth consumer brand (Beauty/CPG experience is a major plus).

- A proven track record of creating high-impact, concise presentation decks for C-suite and VP-level audiences.
