• Build and maintain frontend experiences for enterprise-level clients using Next.js, React, and modern CSS (Sass, Tailwind) • Design and integrate headless CMS setups — primarily Craft CMS — structuring content types and connecting them cleanly to the frontend via GraphQL • Work across multiple simultaneous projects, coordinating with PMs, designers, and the Tech Lead • Contribute light backend work on a PHP-based stack when needed • Ship production code that real users interact with — for brands like Google, Nike, ESPN, and others

• KYC / CDD / EDD • Revisar y verificar la información del cliente durante el onboarding y revisiones periódicas • Realizar debida diligencia mejorada para perfiles de alto riesgo (PEPs, MSBs, entidades complejas) • Aplicar metodologías internas de evaluación de riesgos y garantizar el cumplimiento regulatorio • Monitoreo de Transacciones e Investigaciones • Analizar alertas de AML e identificar actividades sospechosas • Realizar investigaciones y escalar casos cuando sea necesario • Redactar y presentar SARs de manera precisa y a tiempo • Colaborar con bancos asociados y proveedores en procesos relacionados con cumplimiento • Apoyar el onboarding y revisiones periódicas de proveedores • Aplicar políticas y controles internos de cumplimiento • Identificar oportunidades para mejorar procesos y mitigar riesgos • Ayudar en auditorías, exámenes regulatorios y solicitudes de socios • Mantener documentación clara y precisa de decisiones y hallazgos • Mantenerse actualizado con los cambios regulatorios y mejores prácticas de la industria

• Own and define the end-to-end Admissions Squad roadmap • Develop a multi-year vision to make Mattilda the undisputed leader in school admissions in LatAm • Align objectives across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations • Define the long-term strategy to differentiate Mattilda’s admissions experience in the regional education ecosystem • Own the continuous evolution and deep optimization of the full admissions & enrollment lifecycle • Design intuitive dashboards and analytics for conversion funnels, yield, bottlenecks, and cohort performance • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Platform, Data, and Go-to-Market teams

• Lead execution to ensure predictable delivery rhythms across all squads • Ensure clear planning, realistic commitments, and reliable follow-through • Drive cross-squad alignment and dependency management • Define and enforce delivery readiness standards for mission-critical releases • Review delivery health across squads, initiatives, and markets • Identify and resolve execution bottlenecks, dependencies, and delivery risks • Coordinate release readiness and go/no-go decisions for critical systems
