• Own the stablecoin product roadmap: which rails to build on, which stablecoins to support, and how they integrate into payments and treasury workflows • Build institutional-grade infrastructure that abstracts blockchain complexity while preserving speed and cost advantages for end users • Drive the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch, collaborating across engineering, design, legal, compliance, and commercial teams • Build products that let businesses send, receive, convert, and hold stablecoins alongside fiat across USD, EUR, BRL, MXN, and local currency corridors • Design on/off-ramp flows that feel as simple as traditional banking, even for users who have never touched crypto • Ensure interoperability with fiat rails (ACH, Fedwire, SWIFT, SEPA, PIX, SPEI) so stablecoins become a natural extension of existing payment infrastructure • Navigate US state licensing, MiCA, and LatAm crypto regulations to ship compliant products across every market • Embed AML/KYC, Travel Rule, and transaction monitoring requirements into the product from day one • Evaluate wallet infrastructure, custodians, and key management solutions that meet institutional-grade security standards • Evaluate and manage partnerships with stablecoin issuers, liquidity providers, custodians, and banking partners • Enable Sales and Customer Success to position stablecoin products with CFOs and treasury teams • Track adoption metrics and prioritize ruthlessly based on data and business impact

• Inbound demand generation — own the full funnel from awareness to demo request across all channels • Paid acquisition — build and optimize Google Ads and paid social campaigns with clear ROI accountability • Content and social — create and distribute content across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and other relevant channels; produce or direct short-form video, audio, and image assets • Email and SMS — run lead magnet and nurture campaigns leveraging existing database and industry contacts • SEO and AI search optimization — optimize for traditional search and emerging AI-driven discovery (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) • Industry partnerships — manage and expand existing relationships with trade influencers and industry networks; develop new channel partners • Events and sponsorships — own presence at trade events, webinars, and podcast sponsorships • Product-led growth — partner with the Head of Product to build marketing loops into the product itself • Attribution and reporting — track, measure, and reallocate budget fast when something isn't working • AI-powered systems — build automated marketing workflows that get smarter over time, not one-off campaigns that need to be rebuilt from scratch

• Own product design end-to-end — from definition through handoff to engineering • Build the design system from scratch • Design interfaces for complex financial workflows: invoice processing, bank reconciliation, period-end close management • Work alongside the engineering team during implementation and ensure design fidelity in production • Participate in client conversations to validate design decisions with real users • Contribute to the visual direction of the product as it evolves toward a more conversational AI model

• Build and run high-volume, high-quality outbound across LATAM and the US: cold calls, cold email, LinkedIn, and personalized touches at scale • Prospect autonomously into local government, utilities, and private forestry accounts using a defined ICP • Book and conduct initial discovery calls, then hand off worked opportunities to AEs with full context: pain, stakeholders, budget signal, urgency • Maintain HubSpot hygiene at 100% — every account, every contact, every touchpoint logged • Iterate continuously on sequences and copy based on conversion data • Use AI tools to accelerate research, synthesize transcripts, and improve messaging • Contribute to the improvement of the outbound playbook as a practitioner with first-hand field data
