• Prospecting y list building: identificar startups Serie A+ en LatAm y US con roles tech abiertos. • Usar LinkedIn, Apollo, Clay y herramientas internas para mapear decisores y oportunidades reales. • Detectar señales de compra: funding reciente, expansión, roles nuevos. • Outreach personalizado: ejecutar campañas de mensajería (LinkedIn, email) con templates definidos pero personalizados por empresa. • Tu objetivo es generar respuesta y iniciar conversación, no enviar volumen de basura. • Gestión de herramientas: mantener actualizado el pipeline (Sheets o CRM interno). • Estado de cada lead, fechas de follow-up, próximos pasos. • Calificación y movimiento: cuando un lead responde o hay interés, tu trabajo es calificarlo rápido y pasarlo a las founders cuando hay oportunidad real de reunión. • Reporting semanal: métricas claras. Cuántos outreaches, tasa de respuesta, conversaciones iniciadas, reuniones agendadas.

Job Requirements

  • Experiencia en SDR, ventas B2B o outreach.
  • Sabes cómo iniciar una conversación y generar respuesta.
  • Dominio de LinkedIn: búsqueda, investigación de decisores, mensajería.
  • Manejo fluido de Google Sheets, herramientas de productividad y CRM básico.
  • Autonomía: recibe el brief, ejecuta sin necesidad de validar cada paso.
  • Inglés intermedio-avanzado (lectura y escritura).

Role Description As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the first outreach to prospective customers, educating them on how Momence can help grow their business and free up valuable time. This is an inside sales role, focused on cold calling outbound leads, with the goal of booking meetings with prospective customers for our Account Executives. Your quota is based on qualified opportunities produced from your booked meetings. You will: - Introduce prospective customers to Momence via cold calls (and the occasional email); while there may be occasional work with warm leads, the core focus of this role is cold calling. - Drive lead generation for the sales team by creating qualified opportunities. - Identify influencers and decision makers in an organization. - Manage sales activities, opportunities, and account information in our CRM (Hubspot). This role supports Momence’s top-of-the-funnel outbound lead qualification. We like to set the expectation that new SDRs will spend about 12 months learning, growing, and contributing to the team in this role before looking to progress to another role within Momence. You’ve got the sales know-how; we’ve got the Momence know-how. We’ll set you up with the training, information, leadership, and teammate support you need to hone your skills and experience to suit Momence’s unique value proposition and the prospects in our ideal customer profile(s) (ICP). You’ll spend a training-heavy first week getting a sense of the tools, resources, tech stack, and customer info you need to feel ready hitting the phones in week 2, as you gradually begin ramping to full quota attainment. This is a full time, non-exempt, remote role for which we’re considering qualified candidates who reside in and are authorized to work from any location in the United States. Qualifications - 1+ years of sales experience. - Demonstrated capacity for high volume phone work. - Successfully ramped Momence SDRs typically average 160+ outbound dials a day (with the use of a dial-assist tool). - Disciplined work ethic and eagerness to learn. - Excellent phone presence. - An empathetic, service-oriented, problem solving sales approach. We'll be particularly excited if you also have: - 1+ year of outbound cold-calling experience. - Experience working in early stage startups. - Personal or professional experience in the customer verticals we serve (fitness, yoga, wellness, classes, etc.). - Experience working, communicating, and connecting with small business owners.
