• Own all paid media and optimize their core acquisition funnels • Define the strategy, build campaigns, manage budgets, and optimize performance • Optimize three core growth engines: Marketplace, Education, and B2B Inbound • Manage everything from initial click to qualified lead or signup • Monitor spend, ROAS, payback, campaign health; make scaling or pause decisions • Review performance weekly, analyze funnels monthly, rethink channel mix quarterly • Keep performance visible through dashboards, structured experimentation, and documentation
Job Requirements
- Proven experience improving CAC, ROAS, payback, conversion rates, or Cost per SQL
- Personally managed meaningful paid acquisition budgets with measurable business impact
- Comfortable inside Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, spreadsheets, and funnel analysis
- Understanding of attribution, experimentation, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization
- Think like an owner, not a channel manager
- Move fast, prioritize ruthlessly, and make decisions backed by data
- AI-native; already work AI-first and use AI to enhance your work
