• Aids in the commercialization of new cannabis products, facility modifications, and marketing initiatives in coordination with stakeholder departments by helping to ensure regulatory requirements are met. • Maintains comprehensive knowledge of the assigned regulatory processes across the business including but not limited to marketing, supply chain, quality, procurement, and facility operations. • Conducts internal reviews and provides feedback on packaging, labelling, product hardware, facility modifications, marketing and advertising materials, community events, ancillary merchandise, and other related needs. • Prepares, reviews, and submits required documentation to appropriate regulatory agencies as they apply to product commercialization, facility modifications, and marketing/advertising projects. • Monitors regulatory changes, technical documentation, and participates in industry trade group activities to ensure the Company remains up to date on applicable regulatory requirements. • Coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure change management plans are completed to achieve compliance with changes in laws or regulations. • Assist with the drafting, review, and approval of standard operating procedures. • Other duties as assigned.
• Own ongoing data entry in specified systems as demanded by the business • Enforce our data governance guidelines and suggest new processes and controls to improve our consistency • Develop an in-depth understanding of our systems and operate as an SME. This person will represent Master Data cross-functionally and will assist with onboarding and training new team members • Break down complex, multi-step projects into clear tasks that other associates can easily execute • Track project progress and communicate status updates to the Director and relevant stakeholders • Scope new projects as they come in, identifying what Master Data owns, what Master Data contributes to, and what tasks are owned by other teams • Support the creation of new processes that impact Master Data, even when Master Data is not the ultimate owner of that process • Represent the Director and the Master Data team in meetings when appropriate • Own the team’s short-term and long-term project tracking. This includes building tools that allow the team to measure progress as work is completed • Partner with Retail, Operations, Accounting, Finance, and IT to maintain master data including creation, modification, cleansing, and enrichment • Own quarterly audits of data integrity and accuracy • Support data integration initiatives in partnership with the M&A team • Partner with internal and external audit teams to document procedures, respond to follow-up questions, and assist with ongoing SOX documentation
• Conduct one-on-one patient consultations to provide education on medical cannabis, discuss consumption methods, and recommend appropriate treatments based on physician certifications. • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, documenting consultations, recommendations, and any relevant information while adhering to privacy and data protection regulations. • Ensure strict compliance with Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana laws and dispensary regulations, including maintaining accurate records, verifying patient certifications, and managing the Prescription Monitoring Program. • Dispense medical cannabis products according to physician recommendations and patient needs, ensuring proper use and dosage. • Stay updated on the latest research in cannabis pharmacology, contributing to patient care with evidence-based recommendations and industry developments. • Collaborate with the Dispensary General Managers and other team members to ensure smooth operations and achieve key performance metrics.
• Prepare and file monthly indirect tax returns, including data extraction from various source systems. • Manage return payment process from initial review to final approval and online payment. • Update and manage several tracking items for the tax department, like payments, refunds, and notices. • Support the business by providing items like updated business licenses, tax clearances, and other business tax information. • Manage the company tax online presence including updates for areas like addresses, name changes, and officers. • Maintain tax permanent files including tax ID letters, business and tax licenses, internal tax agreements, and other similar items. • Periodic reconciliation of tax general ledger accounts and comparison to tax returns. • Identify opportunities to streamline indirect tax workflows and contribute to ongoing process improvement to increase accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. • Perform any other tasks or assignments as requested by leadership. • Other duties as assigned.
• Lead end-to-end operational execution of performance management processes, serving as a senior subject matter resource on program policies and best practices, including goal setting, mid-year and year-end reviews, feedback cycles, and calibration across Corporate, Retail, and Cultivation teams. • Own performance workflows within the HRIS (Wurk), ensuring data accuracy, system configuration, testing, issue resolution, and supporting system improvements to enhance performance processes. • Develop and maintain tools, templates, job aids, and reporting to support consistent and performance conversations. • Partner with HR Business Partners to ensure alignment and fairness in performance evaluations across functions. • Analyze performance outcomes and trends, producing insights and recommendations to improve program effectiveness and inform company-wide talent review. • Support the administration and day-to-day execution of enterprise compensation programs, serving as a subject matter resource on program policies and best practices, including annual merit cycles, bonus and incentive programs, RSU administration, promotion reviews, off-cycle increases, and salary benchmarking.

Qualifications - Valid Pennsylvania Pharmacist license, in good standing. - Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD. - 1+ years experience working in a pharmacy setting assisting patients/customers. - Satisfactory completion of any State-required Medical Cannabis education programs. - Ability to learn and understand cannabinoids and how they interact with the human body. - Ability to work effectively with employees, management, patients, governmental agencies, community members, and the general public. - Understanding of applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry, personnel law, safety regulations, local municipal codes, and organizational rules, regulations, directives, and standard operating procedures. - Extensive knowledge of cannabis pharmacology and its therapeutic applications, or willingness to acquire this expertise. - Excellent communication, patient education skills, and customer service skills. - Strong attention to detail, organizational, and leadership skills. • Process accounts payable transactions (Non-PO, and PO / 3way match). • Provides guidance to Accounts Payable team as needed to process transactions. • Complete assigned vendor account reconciliations. • Participating in the Month-end Close process. • Document policies, procedures and workflow for assigned areas of responsibility. • Handles assigned vendor and internal correspondence via phone or email timely. • Review all invoices for accuracy in coding and ensure approvals are appropriate per DOA. • Ensures compliance with SOP for accounts payable processing following company Policies and SOX requirements. • Works in collaboration with other depts on researching issues and identifying and resolving process challenges. • Performs other duties as required to support Accounting Department. • Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested.
• Serve as a legal advisor to TerrAscend and its management team advising on all aspects of the company’s day-to-day commercial operations. • Negotiate and draft a variety of complex commercial agreements, including partnerships, joint ventures, licensing, supply, service, and more. • Advise on a broad range of legal issues impacting the company, including M&A, commercial agreements, intellectual property, employment law and data privacy. • Assist in complex M&A transactions and associated diligence and integration. • Serve as the primary legal counsel overseeing commercial disputes and litigation, managing assigned matters from inception to conclusion, including budget management, outside counsel management, and management of internal processes such as legal holds and document collection. • Provide practical and proactive advice on employment law matters, including union matters, union negotiations, and the hiring, performance management, employee discipline, leaves of absence, and terminations. • Work collaboratively with our securities team on filings and other public company requirements. • Proactively identify, assess, and manage legal risks associated with the company’s business activities. • Advise on all intellectual property matters related to the company. • Advise on marketing compliance across the company. • Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures designed to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations including overseeing the company’s growing AI and contract management workflow and repository. • Stay abreast of legal developments that could impact the company’s business generally, and proactively recommend changes to company policies and procedures, driving training initiatives as needed. • Open and maintain customer accounts by accurately recording all account information. • Manage inbound partner and customer emails, ensuring timely responses within 24 hours. • Collaborate with the social media team to monitor and address service-related issues flagged online. • Resolve product or service issues by identifying root cause and offering solution-driven guidance and working with various business unit partners. • Educate customers on cannabis product types, usage guidelines, terpenes, cannabinoid profiles, and promotional opportunities. • Support both retail dispensaries and wholesale clients with order entry, refunds, exchanges, and general inquiries. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions within CRM and service tools and report data monthly. • Contribute to the development and ongoing maintenance of internal knowledge resources (FAQs, SOPs, playbooks). • Recommend and assist with implementation of customer-service process improvements. • Assist with onboarding and training of future customer service team members. • Follow all communication procedures, documentation standards, and company policies. • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Inventory, Compliance, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth customer support experiences. • Perform additional duties assigned to support continuous improvement. • Other duties as assigned.
