Getting in is not easy. That is the point.
Role Description We're hiring a Corporate Sponsor Development Specialist to build and own sponsorship revenue from the ground up. Sponsorship has never been owned intentionally at Boardroom, a couple of relationships exist today, handled opportunistically by our leadership team. You'll take a freshly built sponsorship menu and pricing structure and turn it into a real revenue engine, with a goal of $1,000,000+ in annual sponsorship revenue. You will own the full sponsorship lifecycle, from prospecting and pitching partnership packages, to negotiating agreements, to activating sponsors at our events and driving renewals. You'll report directly to Noah Cosby, Chief Revenue Officer, with direct visibility to founder Kent Clothier. - Research and prioritize prospect companies whose customers overlap with our members; build tailored value propositions - Develop and present compelling partnership packages and proposals to marketing executives, brand leaders, and CSR/partnership decision-makers - Own a pipeline and close 5-, 6-, and 7-figure sponsorship deals against quarterly and annual targets - Cultivate, retain, and renew relationships with corporate sponsors long-term - Negotiate mutually beneficial terms and finalize agreements alongside our in-house legal and finance teams - Design and execute sponsor activations at our in-person events; manage on-site logistics and report ROI - Act as the liaison between external partners and internal teams (marketing, events, legal, finance) Qualifications - 5+ years in sponsorship sales, corporate partnerships, or B2B business development — with a track record of personally closing 6-, ideally 7-figure deals - Full-cycle deal ownership — you prospect, pitch, negotiate, close, and renew, not just one piece of the process - Fluency in how marketing and sponsorship budgets get approved, and real experience selling to marketing/brand decision-makers - Excellent written and verbal communication — proposals that win an executive presence in the room - A hunter mentality — you're energized by net-new prospecting and comfortable with uncapped, commission-driven pay - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (equivalent experience considered) - Bonus points: events, media, sports, or membership-community sponsorship background; a network in real estate, lending, fintech, proptech, or financial services Requirements - This is a clean-slate, build-the-playbook seat with direct access to the founder's office. - You won't inherit someone else's system — you'll build the sponsorship function from scratch, with the autonomy to shape the strategy and uncapped upside as you scale it. Benefits - Competitive base salary + uncapped commission on closed and renewed sponsorship revenue | OTE $150,000–$250,000+ - Health coverage - Flexible PTO - Paid travel to in-person events - Direct access to the founder's office and a path to lead partnerships as the function grows How to Apply Submit your application and answer the application questions. Member Success Manager
Team ArchitectsBoardroom Mastermind is a 14-year-old, invite-only private mastermind for elite real estate operators and business owners. We are not a coaching program, not a course, and not a seminar. We are a highly curated room of experienced, high-net-worth operators, developers, lenders, syndicators, portfolio investors, and business owners, who have outgrown their local circle and need a peer group that matches their level. Membership starts at $30,000 per year. Our members include centimillionaires, nine-figure commercial developers, and entrepreneurs who have exited companies for over $100 million. Getting in is not easy. That is the point.
Role Description The Boardroom already has a member experience infrastructure in place — you're being hired to elevate it and run it with real intention. You'll design and own the full member experience — from the moment someone enrolls through their first 90 days, their ongoing engagement, their renewal, and their upgrade into higher tiers of membership. You are not a customer service manager. This role owns renewal revenue, retention, and ascension revenue — and the way you generate all three is by elevating the member experience. World-class here isn't a vibe — it's measurable: - Members who feel seen before they ask to be - Upgrade opportunities surfaced at the right moment instead of missed - Disengagement caught and reversed weeks before a renewal conversation ever happens You'll have administrative support from day one. Existing team members currently handle pieces of this work and will continue supporting the role as their responsibilities transition to you over time. As you build out a stronger playbook, you will hire and lead a small team of Member Success Advisors who execute what you've designed, while you retain the highest-profile accounts and personally handle every escalation — including exit conversations when a member is considering leaving. What You Will Do - Own the full member lifecycle: welcome call, 90-day onboarding milestones, quarterly touchpoints, health checks, renewal, and ascension - Design and run onboarding calls for every new member, scheduled within days of enrollment - Elevate the systems and SOPs supporting the member experience - Proactively re-engage members who miss events or go quiet — before they disengage further - Facilitate warm introductions between members based on their business and goals - Identify and place upgrade/ascension opportunities (higher membership tiers, 1:1 coaching) in front of members at the right moment, rather than waiting to be asked - Own the renewal conversation and, when needed, the exit interview — finding alternative solutions (downgrades, custom arrangements) before a member leaves - Eventually hire, train, and manage a team of Member Success Advisors who follow the SOPs you build Qualifications - 2+ years in high-touch client success, account management, or membership experience — ideally within a paid membership, high-ticket coaching, or mastermind environment - Exposure to real estate entrepreneurs (wholesalers, flippers, brokers, developers, commercial investors) or experience working closely with founders/business owners scaling a company - A revenue mindset, not a pure service mindset — you see retention and renewal as things you own, not things you hand off - The instinct to solve problems before being asked — you notice when someone's falling out of engagement and go get them - The ability to elevate a process that already exists into something considerably better — you're not waiting for someone to hand you a script - A polished, professional presence suited to working with high-net-worth clientele - Comfort being measured on outcomes (renewal rate, ascension revenue) rather than activity Requirements - You want revenue and sales conversations to be someone else's job - You need everything fully built and scripted before you can perform - You've only worked in low-ticket, transactional customer support - You wait for members to come to you rather than proactively checking in - Real estate or business ownership are worlds you've never been curious about Benefits - Base salary $75,000–$85,000 + monthly performance bonus + commission on membership ascension/upgrades | OTE $150,000–$200,000+ - 401k - Company healthcare plan - Access to Boardroom Mastermind quarterly in-person events and virtual sessions as part of the team - Direct mentorship from Noah Cosby, CRO - Fully remote; anywhere in the United States (quarterly in-person travel required) How to Apply Submit your application and complete all screening questions. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed. Qualified applicants will be contacted by the recruiting team regarding next steps.

Role Description One of the top-performing Realty ONE Group franchise organizations in the world is seeking a high-level Integrator to drive execution across the organization. Realty ONE Group MVP currently supports approximately 1,100 agents across 10 Florida franchise locations. Leadership associated with the organization has previously overseen billions in residential real estate sales volume across multiple brokerage operations. The CEO previously founded and scaled one of the nation’s top independent real estate brokerages before leading the growth of Realty ONE Group MVP across Florida. Now he’s ready to fully step into the Visionary seat and focus on growth, brand, relationships, and long-term strategy. He needs an Integrator who can take the vision and turn it into execution across every part of the business. That’s you, if you’ve scaled something before and can prove it. THE OPPORTUNITY - This is a rare seat. - This is not a maintenance role. This is a build role inside an established platform with real scale, infrastructure, and leadership support. - You are stepping into a proven organization with significant opportunity ahead. - EOS is already implemented. The team is in place. The agent base is established. - What’s missing is the operator who can take the company from 1,100 agents to the next level while building the operational and revenue infrastructure to support sustainable growth. - The CEO is intentionally transitioning day-to-day operational oversight to a proven operational leader who can drive execution, accountability, and organizational alignment across the business. WHAT YOU WILL OWN - AGENT RECRUITING: Optimize recruiting systems, hold the recruiting team accountable to KPIs, and help drive sustainable net growth. - AGENT RETENTION: Protect and improve attrition rates, which have already been reduced from 33% to approximately 14% annually. - REVENUE GROWTH: Identify, prioritize, and execute the next revenue levers for growth. - OPERATIONS & ACCOUNTABILITY: Run the weekly L10 cadence, hold 12 remote staff accountable to rocks and KPIs, and make operational decisions independently. - FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE: Oversee P&L management, AR/AP processes, budget accountability, and operational financial discipline. - CULTURE: Build systems, communication rhythms, events, and engagement strategies that strengthen connection, retention, and long-term loyalty. Qualifications - 10+ years of professional experience with 5–7+ years in a senior operations or second-in-command role (COO, Director of Operations, VP Operations, or equivalent Integrator seat). - Proven and quantified track record of scaling a business, division, or multi-location operation with measurable before-and-after results. - P&L ownership and direct financial management experience at the organizational level. - Experience leading multiple departments and holding senior leaders accountable to KPIs. - EOS experience (Entrepreneurial Operating System) or experience with a similar operating framework and the ability to ramp up quickly. - Ability to lead with accountability while maintaining trust and respect within an independent contractor environment. - Experience leading remote or distributed teams. - Must reside in the Central or Eastern Time Zone. Requirements - Bachelor's Degree; but not required with equivalent operational leadership experience. - Background in real estate brokerage, franchise operations, or multi-location service businesses. - Experience navigating company consolidation, acquisition, or major structural transition. - Track record of building ancillary revenue streams or bolt-on services alongside a core business. - Experience scaling a company through a plateau, not just early-stage growth. - Familiarity with high-volume transaction environments (4,000+ transactions annually). Benefits - Fully remote | Central or Eastern Time Zone preferred. - $150,000 base salary | W-2. - Performance-based bonus structure tied to organizational growth and operational performance. - 2 weeks PTO (flexible for the right candidate). - Quarterly in-person travel to Florida for leadership events and retreats expected. What This Role Is Not - Not a broker or agent-facing production role. - Not an administrative or coordinator position. - Not a role with a fully built playbook waiting for you. - Not for someone who requires constant approval to make operational decisions.

Every prospect has applied to join Boardroom, qualified through a scored application, and booked their own appointment. This is a two-call close: - The first call (evaluation) is deep discovery, understanding the prospect's business, goals, and gaps, and presenting the Boardroom. - If there is alignment, you schedule an invitation call where enrollment happens.
