Role Description 1800 ICB is growing quickly and looking for a Sales Manager (Player-Coach) to help scale our acquisitions team. We buy single-family homes across multiple states, and the foundation is already built — marketing is generating leads, systems are in place, and deals are closing consistently. We’re looking for someone who can step into the machine, drive personal production, and build a high-performing acquisitions team on top of it. This is not a “sit on the sidelines and manage” role. You’ll carry your own pipeline while recruiting, training, and managing acquisitions reps. If you thrive in fast-paced sales environments, love accountability, and know how to develop closers while still closing deals yourself, this could be a strong fit.
