• Lead teams in building new web solutions/platforms and enhancements, working closely with requirements analysts, testers, and the customer in an agile development practice • Develop functional and technical specifications from business requirements • Help create project estimates and plans. • Represent engineering team in project meetings and solution discussions • Ensure application quality and adherence to performance requirements • Responsible for documentation, code reuse, re-factoring and design patterns standards compliance • Ensure of internally developed applications are built with high standards of availability, scalability, and extensibility • Work closely with an experienced staff comprising both Synchrony resources and many vendor technical engineers • Help define measurable goals for the team • Communicate the status of build projects and other initiatives to stakeholders and leadership • Keep abreast of emerging technologies while maintaining proficiency in existing technologies

• Own the vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for agentic AI solutions that improve bank decisioning outcomes (e.g., fraud/financial crime, credit decisioning, marketing next-best-action, collections, servicing). • Lead the AI Modeling Platform (AMP) as a product by defining capabilities, prioritizing features, and ensuring reusable components (decision agents, tool use, orchestration, evaluation, monitoring) that accelerate delivery across lines of business. • Translate business problems into measurable value cases (loss reduction, approval rate lift, fraud capture, cost-to-serve reduction, customer conversion lift) and track benefits realization. • Establish standards for agent safety, governance, and controls appropriate for regulated banking use (human-in-the-loop, auditability, model/agent documentation, monitoring and escalation playbooks). • Lead and grow a team of data scientists / ML engineers / decision scientists building agentic solutions end-to-end (prototype → production). • Coach team members in agentic AI patterns (planning, tool-use, RAG, workflow orchestration, multi-agent collaboration), and in bank decision science fundamentals (risk, uplift modeling, scorecards, optimization, experimentation). • Build a sustainable talent pipeline through hiring, onboarding, career development, and performance management; create an inclusive culture of high standards, continuous learning, and operational excellence. • Drive end-to-end Agile delivery from discovery through scaling and lifecycle management, ensuring production-grade performance (reliability, latency, cost, security/privacy, resiliency, monitoring) and rigorous agent evaluation controls (test suites, red-teaming, guardrails, bias/fairness, drift, incident response). • Drive enterprise partnership and scale by aligning cross-functional stakeholders (Fraud/FC, Credit Risk, Marketing, Collections/Servicing, Data/Engineering, Model Risk, Compliance/Legal, InfoSec, Ops) and cross-region teams (US/IAH) around the platform value proposition to enable adoption and reuse at scale. • Stay ahead of agentic AI/LLMOps and regulatory/MRM trends and use that expertise to consult with stakeholders to identify high-impact decision opportunities, co-design solutions, align success metrics, secure resources, and convert best practices into actionable standards for AMP and delivery teams.

• Conduct full scope model review, annual review, ongoing monitoring model performance etc. for both internally and vendor-developed models, including new and existing, statistical/ML or non-statistical models, particularly in the areas of loss forecast • Evaluate model development data quality, methodology conceptual soundness and accuracy, and conduct model performance testing including back-testing, sensitivity analysis, benchmarking, etc. and timely identify/highlight issues • Perform proper documentation within expected timeframes for effectively highlighting the findings for further review/investigation and facilitate informed discussions on key analytics • Conduct in-depth analysis of large data sets and support the review and maintenance process of relevant models and model validation documentation • Communicate technical information verbally and in writing to both technical and business team effectively • Additionally, the role requires the capability to write detailed validation documents/reports for management • Support in additional book of work or special projects as in when required

• Serve as SME for the oversight of Office of Agile applications including story validation/creation, roadmaps, objectives, grooming, PI Planning etc. • Be a champion for driving change to ensure the Office of Agile is taking an active role in supporting the Agile Delivery communities by disseminating guidance on usage of Agile Tools. • Support and be a change advocate for resolution of opportunities to simplify processes and enhance monitoring mechanisms resulting in an optimal control environment. • Identify insights in Office of Agile team / ART performance gaps to help drive improvements in tools and knowledge across the Agile Delivery communities. • Provide Agile enablement and performance services to Executives and their organizations. • Offer strategic insight to evolve, streamline and mature Office of Agile Tools. • Directly support VP, Office of Agile Tools Lead to ensure timely and efficient execution of all Agile configurations and Integrations. • Directly support VP, Common Intake Process Leader to ensure timely and efficient execution of all Intake configurations. • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned

• Leverage central campaign measurement tools to monitor, analyze, and make recommendations on campaign performance. • Lead efforts to promote and drive adoption of the central campaign measurement tool across relevant stakeholders. • Provide inputs and lead presentations of campaign insights during monthly and quarterly business reviews. • Collaborate directly with marketing, analytics, and other cross-functional teams. • Be fully hands-on and lead projects, perform data analysis. • Deliver projects, adherence to expected timelines, accuracy & compliance. • Mentor team members on analytical, technical and functional subject matters.

• Design and deliver Tableau reporting solutions that provide actionable insights and data-driven decision support across Customer Service, Customer Solutions, Fraud, Collections & Recovery Operations. • Leverage advanced analytics to help leaders proactively manage performance, optimize operations, and improve business outcomes. • Collaborate with stakeholders across Customer Service, Customer Solutions, Fraud, Collections & Recovery organization to proactively gather and refine requirements for new BI or analytics solutions. • Act as the primary liaison between Operations users and development teams, managing communications on project status, risks, issues, scope changes, and evolving requirements. • Design and build multi-layer Tableau dashboards and self-service analytics that clearly communicate operational performance and enable leaders to take timely course-correcting actions. • Perform governance responsibilities to ensure consistency and accuracy; test, troubleshoot, and support BI products in development and production. • Develop scalable BI or analytical solutions, which can be applied to various functions/clients with minimal changes.

• Lead engineering design, development, standardization, and lifecycle management for Windows, macOS, and ChromeOS endpoints • Engineer and maintain enterprise OS images (Windows/macOS) and govern ChromeOS management and update strategy • Define and maintain hardware standards, perform OEM model testing, and manage drivers/BIOS/firmware update processes • Develop and optimize configuration baselines, performance settings, and endpoint hardening standards across platforms • Design and manage Intune policies for configuration, application deployment, compliance, and security baselines • Lead Windows Autopilot workflows including device registration, profile assignment, join models (Hybrid/Azure AD), validation, and reset/reprovisioning processes • Support SCCM infrastructure for co-management scenarios, packaging, patching, and deployment pipelines • Optimize performance, patching, and application compatibility for VDI/DaaS platforms (e.g., Citrix Cloud, AWS WorkSpaces, AppStream, Cloud PC) • Act as the Desktop Engineering POC for audit readiness, evidence collection, technical controls validation, and remediation tracking • Implement and maintain endpoint security controls (e.g., Defender, ASR rules, BitLocker), and align configurations with relevant regulatory expectations (e.g., SOX/PCI) • Improve endpoint performance and user experience through Nexthink/telemetry insights and targeted remediation

• Reporting directly to the Head of IT Audit • Develop, influence, and execute an innovative and industry leading approach to IT Audit strategy across Synchrony • Lead a team of IT Audit professionals • Drive comprehensive and dynamic Audit activities including audit universe, risk assessment, audit plan development, audit execution, MRA validation, continuous monitoring, and best practice sharing • Supervise and manage Audit Managers in the planning and execution of Technology audit engagements • Engage with India Leadership to understand emerging risk while providing risk themes and trends • Assist with continuous monitoring activities related to Technology • Oversee audit planning and execution of audits including audit scoping, setting audit objectives, defining audit test steps, performing audit fieldwork and drafting audit reports • Present audit results to various levels of internal audit leadership, as well as the business organization
