• Responsible for designing, supporting, and continuously improving enterprise B2B/EDI and managed file transfer solutions • Own end-to-end reliability of document/file exchanges using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and Connect:Direct (SFTP/FTP) • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues • Deliver automation and enhancements through Java/Spring and UNIX scripting to improve stability, throughput, and operational efficiency in a 24x7 environment • Manage high-volume B2B/EDI operations in a 24x7 environment using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (B2Bi), ensuring platform stability, performance, and uptime • Design, build, and maintain B2B messaging flows including communication protocols, routing, processing rules, and end-to-end document lifecycle handling • Ensure on-time, accurate EDI document transmission and processing by partnering with internal/external communications teams and proactively addressing throughput and failure points • Implement and support EDI/B2B mappings and drive new trading partner/vendor onboarding, including setup, testing, certification, and production cutover • Implement and administer Connect:Direct secure file transfer solutions, including configuration, scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting of processes across systems • Troubleshoot complex integration and transmission issues across host systems, servers, and external partner connections; perform root-cause analysis and implement durable fixes • Partner with third-party vendors to resolve platform/software defects, coordinate escalations, and ensure timely remediation with clear root-cause understanding • Monitor EDI and communication subsystems and respond to alerts, driving rapid triage, restoration, and stakeholder communication as needed • Collaborate with production support and engineering teams to deliver strong incident, problem, and change management outcomes (including post-incident follow-ups) • Drive operational excellence and automation, reducing recurring incidents through standardization, self-healing/automated recovery, and continuous improvement initiatives • Create and maintain technical and operational documentation (runbooks, onboarding guides, mappings/flows, support procedures) to ensure consistency and knowledge continuity

• Advocate the Application & Service development teams across the organization, managing multiple teams actively working at once • Provide best practices for REST API development, and provide solutions for highly complex multi-service application implementations • Design and review API specifications for REST best practices • Teach teams to utilize our new suite of API development tools • Provide architectural guidance for API & Application Development across Synchrony • Help teams understand how to leverage the API Gateway to their benefit • Promote best practices for Microservice/SOA application development • Help teams promote their APIs to the level of Enterprise & Productize APIs for wide market consumption • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned

Role Description Senior Analyst, Analytics - Belk (Individual Contributor) role is a part of India Analytics Hub (IAH). The role involves developing analytical solutions in partnership with US Analytics teams across marketing planning, measurement and optimization, customer analytics, targeting & segmentation, forecasting, etc. areas to identify growth opportunities, optimize business strategies and derive actionable insights across customer journey. Seeking intellectually curious candidate with a passion for delivering impact in the sales and marketing analytics world, capable of problem solving and working independently. • Define & execute the Enterprise Complaints Data Strategy: Establish the target-state vision, operating model, standards, and procedures; drive a multi-quarter roadmap across complaint platforms and intake channels. • Architect the complaints data ecosystem: Design and implement scalable data architectures, data models, and domain-aligned data products that power analytics, governance reporting, and issue management. • Assess and onboard new data sources: Build and execute repeatable approaches to evaluate new data sources (quality, completeness, lineage, controls), and recommend/implement optimal remediation paths to address data quality gaps. • Ensure alignment to Enterprise Data Policy & Standards: Own and maintain Collibra assets (business definitions, lineage, retention, access controls), steward data dictionaries, and lead intake/resolution of data issues and incidents as the complaints data domain steward. • Establish and run data quality controls & monitoring: Define data quality metrics, execute periodic data quality audits, and develop/maintain Tableau control and data operations dashboards to monitor health, surface emerging issues, and track KPIs across the complaints data environment. • Drive cross-functional delivery and adoption: Partner across Enterprise Complaints and with Enterprise Data Lake, Technology, Data Office, Operations, and Governance leaders to prioritize initiatives, align dependencies, and ensure solutions are adopted and sustained. • Enable advanced analytics and innovation: Deliver curated/aggregated datasets that support advanced analytics use cases including trend detection, anomaly detection, and thematic risk identification. • Lead projects and mentor less experienced staff members, and perform special projects as assigned in support of enterprise complaint program maturity, platform modernization, and regulatory commitments.
