• You will support us in identifying potential corporate customers and assist our sales team with your analyses – helping us win the best partners for Studyflix. • You will contribute ideas to develop new approaches for our differentiated B2B marketing and collaborate with our sales and data teams. • You will manage our customer data and improve internal processes. • You will support the identification and implementation of AI tools that make our sales and marketing processes more efficient.

• Conceptualize and manage social media and influencer campaigns – from creator partnerships to viral content formats • Own, manage and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, etc.) • Develop our CRM and retention marketing (email, push, in-app communication) to increase engagement and lifetime value • Identify and test new growth levers and acquisition channels (e.g., partnerships, UGC, community approaches) • Work closely with Content, Product, and Data teams to develop integrated growth initiatives • Analyze performance KPIs and derive concrete recommendations for action

• Take responsibility for the graphic implementation of learning materials • Animate educational videos and create suitable intros & thumbnails • Edit videos and handle post-production • Support the implementation of marketing concepts for corporate clients

• Create graphics and concepts for learning videos • Contribute to video animation and translate content into graphics • Polish videos during editing and post-production • Support the production of marketing materials for clients

• Analyze user data and support the continuous improvement of the website • Use data to optimize internal structures and processes across departments • Support strategic projects in close collaboration with company leadership • Learn how to apply Data Science within the company

• Support the team across all financial processes — from invoicing to strategic financial planning • Work directly on strategic, cross-functional projects to further develop Studyflix • Prepare key business decisions with regard to financial, tax, and legal considerations • Improve financial processes, identify optimization opportunities, and lead projects to automate and increase efficiency • Analyze financial metrics, monitor budgets, prepare reports, and derive concrete recommendations for action • Handle incoming and outgoing invoices, actively support dunning processes, and maintain customer and financial data • Learn modern finance tools and processes at Studyflix and through collaboration with the parent company Bertelsmann
