Job Requirements
- Passion for social media, trends, creator culture and new formats
- Proven success and hands-on experience in content production (concept, camera, editing, copy, audio, thumbnails, uploading, etc.)
- Strong editorial and creative skills with a sense for storytelling and viral mechanics
- Confident use of tools such as Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Canva or similar
- Ability to mentor and develop junior team members
- Independent, structured working style and high execution speed
- German at native-speaker level
