• Develop user-centered design solutions that address client goals and provide an intuitive experience for users. • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with product requirements and enhance user satisfaction. • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to bring designs to life. • Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure designs meet the needs of the end user. • Ensure consistency across design elements and align with brand guidelines for a cohesive visual identity. • Continuously improve designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.

• Develop and maintain 3D CAD models and 2D drawings in SolidWorks for new and existing products • Convert legacy drawings (PDFs and outdated files) into fully parametric SolidWorks parts, assemblies, and drawings • Apply GD&T (ASME Y14.5) to ensure proper fit, form, and function • Collaborate with engineers to translate concepts, markups, and redlines into finalized drawing packages • Create and manage: - Bills of Materials (BOMs) - Ballooned assembly drawings - Part numbering and configurations aligned with PDM/PLM systems • Generate manufacturing deliverables (PDFs, DXF, STEP/IGES) for internal teams and external suppliers • Support prototype builds and production efforts with exploded views, cross-sections, and assembly documentation • Review and update drawings based on engineering change orders (ECOs/ECRs) • Interface with suppliers and fabrication partners to clarify drawing details and improve manufacturability • Help maintain drawing standards, templates, and revision control processes

• Design detailed radiant floor heating and plumbing system layouts using LoopCAD and CAD software • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to develop optimized system designs • Prepare material take-offs, quotes, and cost estimates based on project requirements • Conduct site visits as needed to assess project conditions and gather design inputs • Ensure all designs comply with applicable codes, industry standards, and safety guidelines • Provide technical support to installation teams during project execution • Review, revise, and update designs based on customer or internal feedback • Maintain accurate project documentation and revision records • Stay current on hydronic heating, plumbing technologies, and industry best practices

• Work with customer Kitchen Designers and Sales Pros to provide support, training, and consultation in kitchen design • Enhance designers' proficiency with product lines and design processes • Provide on-demand support via phone, email, and video conferencing • Assist with complex designs, offering creative solutions • Develop and deliver training programs covering product knowledge and design techniques
