Job Requirements
- Strong university degree – e.g., in Business Administration, Mathematics, Business Informatics, Business Psychology, Engineering or a related field
- At least 1 year of professional experience with links to Revenue Operations, lead management, Customer Success, Sales or similar areas
- Experience preparing and interpreting data – e.g., in Excel, BI tools or CRM systems
- Analytical thinking and structured working style
- High self-initiative, enjoyment of cross-team collaboration and bringing together different perspectives
- Very good German language skills (at least C2 level)
- Ideally, initial experience with prompting, n8n, Python or R
