Can take ownership of the whole development lifecycle (this means you are comfortable operating full-stack) - Must be familiar with React+Typescript on the frontend. • Teach highly-engaging, live, virtual classes over Zoom four times a week • Classes are held Mon - Thurs, during afternoon hours in EST timezone • Communicate regularly with students over email and other community tools • Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and prepare and plan for future modules, as needed • Deliver clear, engaging instruction aligned to Stepful’s standardized curriculum • Support students in understanding Sterile Processing concepts across CRCST exam domains • Assess student understanding through assignments, quizzes, and in-class participation • Provide timely feedback and targeted remediation to students who are struggling academically or with confidence • Document student progress, attendance, and performance in Stepful systems • Collaborate with Stepful’s learning team to ensure alignment with program goals and student needs • Offer insights to improve the student experience and curriculum delivery

• Own instructor scheduling across 90+ instructors and active certificate programs, ensuring every cohort has the right instructor at the right time • Coordinate sub coverage when instructors are unavailable, maintaining continuity for students • Handle invoice operations — reviewing, processing, and tracking instructor invoices accurately and on time • Own cohort setup operations, ensuring every program is configured and ready to launch without friction • Serve as the operational point of contact for instructors, fielding questions and resolving scheduling issues as they arise • Coordinate and support a network of 1099 coaches who provide first-line support to Stepful students • Lead onboarding of new coaches and drive continuous improvement and best practice sharing to ensure communication reflects Stepful's supportive tone • Meet weekly 1:1 with coaches to review student load, provide actionable feedback, and support their development • Assess coach quality and provide constructive guidance on how they can best support students • Track student, cohort, and partner-level outcomes — including retention, graduation, certification, externship placement, and job placement rates • Run weekly or biweekly cohort-specific task force meetings to assess progress and hit success metrics • Proactively maintain data and reports to support the client success team • Communicate with enterprise partners on student progress

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the LXMO certificate program, ensuring effective and consistent program delivery • Monitor student progress and educational outcomes, identifying and addressing gaps to maintain program quality • Support the state approval process, including preparation of required documentation, reporting, and correspondence with the SCRQSA and any applicable accrediting bodies • Participate in didactic instruction as appropriate to program needs • Serve as a point of contact for program instructors and students, facilitating communication and escalating issues to the appropriate Stepful team • Participate in instructor interview processes as a subject matter expert • Maintain current knowledge of the LXMO field (in the state of South Carolina), relevant state regulations, and best practices in allied health education through ongoing professional development

• Join sales as the clinical voice—not to present, but to converse peer-to-peer with clinical executives, leveraging lived experience and authority rather than talking points • Challenge and reframe clinical objections in ways an Account Executive simply cannot • Build trusted, lasting relationships with clinical champions inside target accounts that persist beyond any single transaction • Co-own clinical validation during the sales process, helping buyers construct their internal business case • Serve as the voice of the clinical operator on our program and product roadmap, stress-testing decisions, messaging, and use cases against real-world nursing workflows • Coach the sales team on clinical fluency: terminology, care delivery models, and what CNOs actually worry about • Review and stress-test clinical claims in marketing materials, case studies, and ROI models • Help develop clinical content—white papers, webinar presence, conference speaking—that builds Stepful’s credibility with nursing leadership • Advise GTM strategy through a clinical lens, identifying which programs, buyers, and problems resonate most • Represent Stepful externally at nursing and health system conferences • Build and cultivate a network of clinical advisors and reference customers

Guide and supervise students during clinical rotations, deliver curriculum content, foster a supportive learning environment, and collaborate with program leadership to enhance student success and program operations.

• Serve as the primary advisor for a cohort of nursing students, from onboarding through graduation • Build strong relationships with students to drive engagement, retention, and program completion • Proactively identify at-risk students and intervene early to improve outcomes • Provide 1:1 coaching sessions to support study skills, time management, and clinical readiness • Help students understand program expectations, schedules, and clinical requirements • Work closely with instructors, clinical coordinators, and operations teams to ensure a seamless student experience • Support students in navigating Stepful’s LMS, virtual classroom tools, and other required technology platforms

The opportunity: We are seeking a full-time Travel Clinical Educator, Surgical Services to support Stepful’s Surgical Technology and Sterile Processing programs across multiple locations around the United States. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, hands-on skills instruction, supporting student remediation, and ensuring strong clinical and certification outcomes. In addition to teaching, the Clinical Educator will serve as a key on-site representative of Stepful, partnering with our clinical sites to support client onboarding and program implementation between cohorts. This role requires regular travel and close collaboration with both internal teams and external partners between cohorts. Candidates with experience and active certification in both Surgical Technology and Sterile Processing are strongly preferred. This role reports into the Program Director, Surgical Services. What you’ll do: - Teach and facilitate skills labs and clinical instruction across assigned Stepful cohorts. - Demonstrate proper techniques, provide live step-by-step instruction, and supervise practice. - Assess student competency and provide feedback and remediation as needed. - Ensure students achieve mastery of skills before advancing to clinical rotations. - Coordinate with hospital preceptors to align experiences with program goals. - Document student progress and report clinical outcomes. - Represent Stepful on client and partner calls, supporting our solutions team with implementation. - Provide insights to enhance the student and partner experience. In this role, you will support student success by delivering engaging online instruction that helps prepare future nurses for clinical practice and licensure. This opportunity is well suited for a Registered Nurse with faculty experience in RN or LPN education who enjoys teaching in a virtual classroom environment. Didactic courses take place Monday–Thursday from 6:30–9:00pm EST. This is a 1099 contract role, with hours varying based on the number of courses taught.
