Role Description The Family Lifestyle Program supports children and families in building healthy, sustainable lifestyle habits that promote overall wellness and long-term health. Through education, resources, and family-centered engagement, the program focuses on areas such as nutrition, physical activity, healthy behaviors, and wellness strategies to help participants achieve their health goals and improve quality of life. - Assist staff in the daily execution of program tasks and projects, providing administrative support to Program Manager and Program Coordinator. - Responsible for maintaining office files, completing purchase and reimbursement requests, as well as managing financial records. - Assist with fundraising by researching funding prospects, drafting communication with prospective donors, and managing logistics for fundraising events. - Assist with special projects related to program goals and mission. Qualifications - High School Diploma (Required) - 1 year performing administrative tasks (Required) Requirements - Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Access. - Ability to produce quality reports under tight deadlines. - Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in a busy clinic environment. - Web design and desktop publishing skills a plus. • Lead and drive complex, end-to-end retail marketing programs and initiatives from inception through launch execution across North Americas Retail. • Architect and maintain integrated program roadmaps across a diverse stakeholder group, including Marketing, Retail Sales, Creative, Product Marketing, Operations, Packaging, and external vendors. • Build, refine, and scale tools, templates, and operating processes to streamline retail launch execution, optimize workflows, and improve cross-functional team efficiency. • Own the execution planning for strategic, retailer-specific initiatives, including physical merchandising, fixtures, campaigns, e-commerce campaigns packaging transitions, and new store deployments. • Proactively identify critical dependencies, delivery risks, and operational gaps early; drive strategic alignment and escalation paths to ensure seamless execution. • Prepare and deliver executive-ready communications, project retrospectives, and health dashboards to align internal leadership and retail partners on timelines and tradeoffs. • Manage intake, strategic prioritization, and resource coordination for multiple concurrent, high-impact retail marketing workstreams. • Partner closely with Retail Sales and external agency/production partners to align marketing deliverables with high-level retailer timelines and broader business objectives. • Establish robust tracking mechanisms for activity across online and in-store channels, aggregating visual merchandising and field services data to provide a holistic view of NA Retail performance.
