Stepful
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the LXMO certificate program, ensuring effective and consistent program delivery • Monitor student progress and educational outcomes, identifying and addressing gaps to maintain program quality • Support the state approval process, including preparation of required documentation, reporting, and correspondence with the SCRQSA and any applicable accrediting bodies • Participate in didactic instruction as appropriate to program needs • Serve as a point of contact for program instructors and students, facilitating communication and escalating issues to the appropriate Stepful team • Participate in instructor interview processes as a subject matter expert • Maintain current knowledge of the LXMO field (in the state of South Carolina), relevant state regulations, and best practices in allied health education through ongoing professional development
Job Requirements
- Current ARRT certification in Radiography R.T.(R), with eligibility for or current active certification through the South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association (SCRQSA)
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Education, or a closely related field
- 3+ years of clinical experience as a radiologic technologist
- 1+ years of instructional or program oversight experience in an allied health, limited radiography, or full-scope radiologic technology program
- The ability to attend a board meeting in Greenville, SC, with members of Stepful's internal team, on August 22, 2026
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across faculty, staff, students, and external partners
- Analytical and problem-solving orientation, with comfort navigating ambiguity in a growing program.
