Senior Creative Director
FLAG Solutions LLC
• Provide leadership for development of campaign creative assets • Ensure visual consistency across all communication products • Oversee creation of multimedia content including video concepts, graphics, and digital materials • Maintain alignment with brand guidelines and public health communication objectives • Collaborate with communications, research, and digital teams to align creative products with campaign goals • Provide creative direction and review of design, video, and multimedia deliverables • Ensure all creative products meet federal accessibility and communication standards
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Communications, Multimedia Production, or a related field
- 8–10 years of experience leading creative campaigns and multimedia development
- Demonstrated experience managing creative production for digital and multimedia campaigns
- Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
