Senior Solution Consultant

SS&C Technologies

• Serve as a strategic healthcare technology advisor helping clients solve complex business challenges • Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand priorities and challenges • Develop integrated solution strategies leveraging the SS&C Health portfolio • Position SS&C Health as a trusted strategic partner rather than a software vendor • Partner with Account Executives throughout opportunity lifecycle • Facilitate strategic conversations around healthcare transformation and operational efficiency • Collaborate with Product Management to align client requirements with product capabilities • Stay current on healthcare industry trends and represent SS&C Health at events

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of healthcare technology or healthcare consulting experience
  • 5+ years supporting enterprise software sales or solution consulting
  • Deep knowledge of one or more healthcare domains including: Health plan administration, Pharmacy benefit management, Medical claims, Care management, Population health, Healthcare operations
  • Experience presenting to executive audiences.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
