If fully remote, In-person visits to the Denver headquarters are required, on average three times per year. Role Description SRS Acquiom is seeking a client relations professional to join the Institutional Client Relations (ICR) team as a Relationship Associate. SRS Acquiom serves as the post-closing shareholders’ representative with respect to mergers/acquisitions of privately held companies in the United States and abroad. The Relationship Associate will be the primary administrative contact with key clients including venture capital and private equity investors, company founders, and top-level executives, throughout the deal’s life cycle. This position requires outstanding professional written and verbal communication skills. Location: This is either a fully remote role in the Continental U.S., or a hybrid position based in our Denver, CO office. If Remote, in-person visits to the Denver headquarters are required up to three times per year. Compensation: The salary range for this position is between $75k and $90k, depending on experience level. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations for the Operations department across various financial institutions and currencies. • Reconcile transaction activity between bank statements and internal ledgers, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner. • Investigate reconciling items such as outstanding deposits, wires, ACH transactions, FX variances, bank fees, and timing differences. • Ensure reconciliations comply with internal controls, accounting policies, and audit requirements. • Maintain clear documentation and support for all reconciliations and adjustments. • Assist with month‑end and quarter‑end close, including preparation of journal entries related to cash and FX activity. • Identify opportunities to improve reconciliation processes, automation, and efficiency. • Support internal and external audits by providing reconciliation support and explanations. • Work with internal teams to ensure the data received meets all requirements and is reflected correctly in the system of record. • Manage bank relationships and respond to internal and external inquiries in accordance with our Customer Service standards. • Ensure Operations manuals and guidelines are updated and stay up to date so they can be relied upon for business continuation situations.

• Manage Client relationships and act as a single point of contact with Clients for the Shareholder Representative Services’ product post-closing. • Oversee and monitor an ongoing portfolio of post-closing distribution releases which include the process and delivery of cash and/or shares to target holders. • Perform in-depth review of various transactional agreements and legal contracts to determine the relevant legal information and complete thorough analysis to fully understand the post-closing contractual obligations. • Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional SRS Acquiom services. • Balance a large volume of email communication and pipeline. • Coordinate closely with internal teams to create accurate distribution waterfalls and ensure funds are released in a timely manner to the right parties. • Review and/or draft transactional instructions and/or any legal compliance documentation required to move funds. • Complete due diligence on post-closing M&A activities. • Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with external parties (C-Suite Executives, former CEOs, CFOs, Venture Capitalists, Major Shareholders, and M&A attorneys) to enforce and/or execute release of escrow funds or holdbacks pursuant to transactional agreements, as well as to provide status updates regarding the release of funds. • Serve as the primary internal and external contact point for release inquiries and contract interpretation requests. • Facilitate timely problem resolution to mitigate risk and prioritize action. • Accountable for the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of results. • Ensure quality service is consistently delivered to Clients. • Display and provide expertise in Compliance release matters. • Build and maintain strong client and inter-departmental relationships. • Help execute special projects as needed. • Deliver training as requested by Management. • Identify trends that could impact the release process. • Utilize critical thinking and strategies to provide viable solutions when issues arise. • Identify and provide in-depth follow-through to ensure any issues are resolved.
