Fulfillment Manager
SRS Acquiom
• Manage the fulfillment processes for shareholder servicing communications, document collection/retention and reporting • Define, implement and monitor controls for the various fulfillment processes and update and review procedures where required • Participate in Business Development calls and trainings when needed to ensure that clients and BD understand system and procedural capabilities • Brainstorm solutions for complex client requests • Participate in and occasionally lead direct client discussions to design the best client experience related to unique deal requirements • Interpret complicated capitalization tables and financial models • Review and approve large-scale updates to the system of record • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience, exceed SLAs, improve efficiency and mitigate risk • Back up for Payments Manager involving tying out funding against deal allocations and releasing payment files from the bank • Manage Payment Analyst team members who prepare the system of record, disburse deal communications, reconcile bank accounts and create payment files • Manage Support Analysts who organize and process documentation received outside of the online platform and handle the follow-up communication necessary to satisfy deal requirements
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of related business experience in operations or production services, preferably in the financial services industry
- Management experience a plus
- Project management experience and understanding of project management principles
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across the organization
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, self-starter with ability to find unique solutions for new opportunities
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Project, Excel, Word)
- NetSuite, SQL and DocuSign proficiencies a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and/or training; or a combination of education and experience
