Role Description An exciting, new position - Associate, Thought Leadership - will serve as a core contributor to SRSA’s thought leadership program, supporting content creation, marketing operations, and business development across SRS Acquiom’s lines of business. This position sits within a collaborative Thought Leadership team and works in close coordination with: - Thought Leadership team - Subject matter experts throughout the company - Business Development and Marketing teams This Associate will be equally comfortable: - Drafting articles - Coordinating complex multi-stakeholder projects - Managing day-to-day operational logistics, such as providing administrative support for client-facing presentations This position reports to the Senior Director, Thought Leadership. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree required; Juris Doctor or advanced degree in a relevant field preferred - At least 7 years of professional experience in legal practice, financial services, corporate environments, content development, or related fields - Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting and editing professional content across a range of formats - Experience coordinating or managing projects across multiple teams or workstreams, with strong attention to deadlines and deliverables - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with AI and project management tools such as Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or Asana preferred - Strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a deadline-driven work ethic - Ability to work independently and self-motivate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities - Collaborative, team-oriented approach with strong professional interpersonal skills Requirements - Regular office hours - Participation in public speaking, panels, webinars, and client presentations - Up to 25% travel within the U.S. and occasional international travel - We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas.
