Sales Operations Associate

• Support BD team to drive significant revenue with current and prospective clients in the M&A ecosystem • Manage and maintain the integrity of the Salesforce database • Develop tailored, high-value outreach and campaigns to key client segments, including M&A attorneys, VC and PE investors and corporate acquirers • Extract and analyze data from Salesforce.com or other systems of record for BD team • Coordinate (and attend, when appropriate) meetings and client events for the BD Team with M&A attorneys, VC and PE investors and corporate acquirers • Qualify leads generated through company website and marketing initiatives and work with BD team to manage targeted follow up • Assist in scheduling product demonstrations and client presentations and manage all follow-up • Identify trends in the data, suggest tactical approaches to improve current plans and take advantage of trends • Prepare and analyze account performance • Collaborate closely with peers to develop best practices • Contribute to team goals and work on special projects • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in sales support/client service
  • 3+ years’ experience in an analytical capacity
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Ability to work in a high energy team environment while remaining focused on driving revenue
  • Proven track record supporting and driving revenue growth
  • Operates with highest integrity and attention to detail
  • Passionate about efficient, scalable business processes
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task across many projects
  • Results-focused and highly internally motivated team player
  • Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite
