Scrum Master

• Lead scrum ceremonies and organize software development teams • Facilitate team ceremonies and remove roadblocks • Lead and coach the team in self-organization using Scrum or Kanban • Assist the team in informed decision making • Foster collaboration between functional areas • Encourage continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives and feedback sessions • Manage Azure DevOps boards and increase team productivity • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and scope • Act as a liaison between the technical delivery team and stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of industry and/or relevant experience
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle models
  • Extensive knowledge of agile and traditional project management principles and practices
  • Prior experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies
  • Agile certifications a plus: PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe
  • Experience overseeing multi-function project teams with at least 10-15 team members
  • Experience using Azure DevOps (preferred) or Jira
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with a Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool is a plus
  • Experience working remotely and household setup conducive to remote work
