Role Description We are seeking a Platform Engineer with a strong interest in DevSecOps practices, cloud-native platforms, containerization, and graph databases. This role is ideal for an engineer who is eager to learn, proactive in solving problems, and motivated to grow into a technical leader while contributing to the reliability, security, and scalability of our platform ecosystem. This Platform Engineer will work closely with development, security, and operations teams to support CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, container platforms, and an internal LLM-enabled application built for Neo4j, while helping to establish and follow platform best practices. As a Platform Engineer - Neo4j you will: - Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using modern DevSecOps practices, including Git-based workflows, artifact management, security controls integration, and containerized workloads (Docker/Kubernetes) - Develop automation solutions using scripting languages or AI platforms to automate operational tasks to improve platform reliability and efficiency - Provide platform and DevOps support for a graph database application, including deployments, upgrades, configuration management, and environment maintenance - Troubleshoot infrastructure issues across storage, networking, load balancers, firewalls, and security groups, analyzing logs and metrics to identify root causes and recommend solutions - Document platform best practices, promote operational standards, and support incident response and problem resolution efforts Qualifications - 3-4 years of experience in Platform engineering, DevOps, SRE, or system administration - Experience building, deploying, maintaining, and scaling Neo4j and related applications - Experience with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) systems, such as AppDynamics - Experience integrating with observability and monitoring/logging tools, such as Splunk - Must know containers, k8s, and Helm - Exposure to Kubernetes distributions; prefer RKE experience, but similar experience with other distributions such as OpenShift acceptable - Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines and deployments or similar (Jenkins, GitLab) - General cloud knowledge required, GCP experience preferred - Understand the Container Storage Interface and implemented applications, preferably Portworx CSI (PX-CSI) - Basic understanding of Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls) and Load balancing (application and network) - Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills - Exposure to API gateways and API management platforms - Understanding of security fundamentals (certificates, TLS, secrets management) - Eager to learn and grow technically in a fast-paced environment - Proactive and self-motivated, willing to take ownership of problems - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams - Interest in building reliable, secure, and scalable platforms

• Build and maintain Power Automate workflows for inbox-driven task identification, action item routing, multi-step approvals, and exception handling • Automate document detection, ingestion, and periodic summarization into SharePoint to support centralized knowledge management • Design and configure SharePoint as a centralized repository for document retention, meeting records, briefs, and institutional knowledge • Build Microsoft Forms-based or Canvas App-based intake tools for standardized capture and routing of meeting requests and action items • Design and build Canvas Apps providing tailored, intuitive user experiences with guided workflows and embedded automation in lieu of standard form-based tools • Connect Canvas Apps to Dataverse, SharePoint, and third-party data sources via connectors and custom APIs • Implement RBAC, row-level security, and table permissions • Configure AI Builder, Copilot Studio, or Azure AI capabilities to support predictive task modeling, document summarization, and AI-assisted meeting documentation • Support integration of Power BI dashboards for executive visibility into operational metrics and sprint progress • Modernize manual, email-based, and document-driven front office processes through targeted automation • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, milestone reviews, and retrospectives within an agile delivery cadence • Collaborate with the Business Systems Analyst to translate business requirements and current-state process documentation into sprint-ready development tasks • Ensure all solutions operate within the customer's approved technology environment, minimizing security, accreditation, and sustainment risk

Role Description We are looking for a versatile and experienced KMS Lighthouse Platform Specialist who can successfully analyze, monitor, report and optimize enterprise knowledge management and content management platforms during and after content migration initiatives. - Monitor KMS Lighthouse dashboards and similar knowledge management tools to assess content health and usage trends. - Analyze article consumption metrics, search behavior, customer feedback, engagement patterns and content performance indicators. - Track and report on content effectiveness, search success rates, feedback trends and overall platform utilization. - Develop actionable recommendations to improve content quality, findability and customer experience. - Support enterprise-level content migration initiatives across CMS and Knowledge Management platforms. - Validate migrated content performance and identify post-migration optimization opportunities. - Produce weekly, monthly and periodic operational reports for internal leadership and client stakeholders. - Translate platform data into meaningful business insights and recommendations. - Monitor operational performance against established service level agreements (SLAs) and project delivery timelines. - Track content migration milestones, reporting requirements, and performance commitments. - Identify recurring content feedback themes and unresolved customer pain points. - Support data-driven recommendations for content enhancement, restructuring and optimization. - Provide analytical inputs for content prioritization, roadmap planning and future content investments. Qualifications - 3-5 years of experience supporting enterprise content management, knowledge management or content migration programs. - Degree in Information Management, Communications, Business, Information Systems, Technical Communication or related field. - Experience working with KMS Lighthouse or similar knowledge management platforms. - Experience with enterprise CMS platforms and large-scale content repositories. - Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to transform data into actionable business insights. - Experience monitoring KPIs, performance metrics, and operational dashboards. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent time management and organizational skills. - Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Reliable home internet service.
