This role owns new logo acquisition, OEM partner expansion, and personal revenue delivery through multi-year service contracts. This position plays a key role in shaping go-to-market (GTM) strategy, partner engagement models, and sales execution rigor, while maintaining clear accountability for individual bookings, ACV, and deal quality. This role is directly responsible for originating, advancing, and closing strategic OEM and enterprise opportunities, with personal accountability for bookings, ACV, total contract value, and margin contribution. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITES Revenue & Growth Execution - Own and deliver Annual Contract Value (ACV) and bookings targets with direct accountability for multi-year contract value, renewals, and gross margin contribution. - Drive new logo acquisition, with emphasis on technology OEMs seeking white-labeled warranty, field service, and managed services solutions. - Expand existing OEM and enterprise relationships through structured cross-sell and up-sell of Secur-Serv’s lifecycle services portfolio. OEM & Partner-Led Go-to-Market - Execute OEM-centric go-to-market strategies, including co-selling models, partner enablement, joint value propositions, and embedded service offerings. - Collaborate with internal brands, service delivery, operations, and finance to design services-led solutions that address uptime, cost, and asset-lifecycle challenges. - Act as the key point of contact for strategic OEM partners and marquee accounts. POSITION SUMMARY The HRIS/Payroll Administrator processes pay and payroll taxes on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations. This position works with the vendor and the People Team to configure and maintain the organization’s HRIS (Human Resources Information System), data tables, reporting, data sharing with other departments, and collaborating with and supporting others where needed in tangential modules. Provides back-up support in other areas of the People Department when requested. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES - Processes Payroll - Enters and processes accurate biweekly multi-state payroll using HRIS system (currently ADP.) - Inputs, sets up, executes, maintains, and reviews payroll processing system to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including but not limited to wages, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions. - Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates and special pays, including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates, bonuses, commissions, and reimbursements. - Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions. - Ensures compliance with federal, stated, and local payroll, wage and hour laws, and best practices. - Ensures accumulators, pay and deduction codes, payroll feeds, and all payroll processes are functioning properly. - Administrate HRIS - Customizes, sets up, and manages permissions, access, screens, reports, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users. - Collaborates with others to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommends and implements approved solutions. - Ensures data in main employee data, payroll screens, and pay data is accurate. - Identifies and recommends updates to payroll accounting software, systems, and procedures. - Works with vendor to maintain optimal function of the HRIS. Adjust settings, features, tables, and options as needed for the business. - Provides technical support, troubleshooting, training, job aids, and guidance to HRIS users. - Programs custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports. - Sets up tax accounts and files payroll taxes; communicates with tax agencies. - Shares Data - Facilitates audits by collecting and providing records and documentation to auditors. - Complies or assists with setting up complex data reports, summaries, and logs for others in the company. - Works closely with Finance regarding General Ledger changes for payroll, wire transfers, etc. - Assists employees with accurate and timely information, and works with teammates to ensure we are using the most accurate and aligned data. - Serves as liaison between the People Department, information services, HRIS vendor, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects. - Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology. - Performs other duties assigned. REQUIREMENTS - Demonstrated experience: - At least five years of end-to-end, independent payroll processing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience - Minimum of three years of ADP experience - Proven success in payroll processing - HRIS Administration - Demonstrated ability to keep information confidential - Knowledge: - Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems with a highly technical understanding of ADP. - Extensive knowledge of payroll functions including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes. - Able to apply, read and interpret employment policies, procedures, regulations, and tax codes to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals, and recommend updates as needed. - Demonstrated skills: - Proficient with Microsoft Office Outlook and Word. POSITION SUMMARY A developing-level professional role supporting Secur-Serv's client with the Global Data Privacy Compliance program (Foundational Practices). The Data Privacy Analyst will support key components of our privacy program, as needed, including privacy rights fulfillment, consent management, privacy impact assessments (PIAs), data inventory management, risk mitigation, and issue investigation. Partner closely with teams across Legal, Product, Marketing, Security, Engineering, and Internal Audit to develop and refine processes and solutions that ensure compliance with evolving privacy laws. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Follow all Secur-Serv requirements, policies, procedures, and management directions Conduct PIAs to assess impacts and risks resulting from the organization’s projects, products, and vendors. Work with business owners to identify, evaluate, treat and monitor privacy risks. Assist in updating and maintaining the organization’s data inventory, which tracks personal information processing across the organization. Support the operational processes for fulfilling data subject requests (e.g. access, deletion, correction, portability), including personal data associated with property listings, relocations and marketing. Partner with Legal to interpret regulatory requirements and ensure accurate, compliant, and timely responses. Collaborate with Product, Digital, and privacy vendor teams to manage cookie banners, opt-out mechanisms, and tracking controls that meet legal and user experience standards across our websites (e.g. real estate brands, title and relocation services). Assist with translating laws and regulations into actionable business and technical requirements and workflows. Advocate for privacy-by-design in new projects, applications and features, especially those involving sensitive data. Develop and improve metrics and reporting to measure process efficiency and effectiveness and recommend necessary corrective actions. Ensure process documentation, such as flowcharts and procedures, created and maintained. Provide privacy-related support, as needed, during data incidents or legal investigations, including mapping data flows and documenting system access. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, cybersecurity, information technology, law, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in privacy, data protection, risk or compliance roles. Experience with privacy tools or consent management platforms (e.g. TrustArc, OneTrust) Strong understanding of global privacy regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and emerging regulations. Ability to interpret legal requirements and translate them into technical or operational solutions. Analytical mindset with the ability to understand technical solutions and assess regulatory impacts. Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills. PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Privacy certifications (e.g., CIPP, CIPM). Experience performing privacy impact assessments and risk assessments. Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and web tracking technologies. Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and related guidelines and regulations.
