Job Description

Waiver Processing Assistant

Secur-Serv

• Review, process, track, and maintain waiver applications and related documentation • Ensure all submitted forms meet organizational, regulatory, and program requirements • Provide administrative support to clients, providers, and internal stakeholders • Communicate with applicants, service providers, and internal departments regarding application status, requirements, and corrections • Assist with preparation and distribution of approval, denial, and request-for-information notices • Maintain confidential records in accordance with policies and privacy regulations • Support audits, quality assurance reviews, and compliance activities • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1–3 years of administrative, clerical, data entry, or customer service experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and staying current with technologies that benefit the team and our customers
  • Able to work both independently and in a team environment
