Title: Quality and Process Control Manager Location: Remote WA Job Description: WHY DO WE NEED YOU? The Quality & Process Control Manager is accountable for ensuring the plant consistently meets quality standards while producing safe, compliant, and customer-preferred products. This role leads the execution and continuous improvement of quality systems, specifications, and process controls across all shifts. The position provides direct leadership to Quality Technicians and Process Engineers, driving process control strategies that reduce variation, prevent defects, and improve overall manufacturing performance. The Quality & Process Control Manager works closely with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and Warehouse teams to communicate quality expectations, resolve non-conformances, and establish sustainable practices that support superior product quality, cost efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement. - Coach, mentor, train, and provide communication for front-line hourly and salaried personnel in quality management principles, procedures and project-specific requirements. - Deliver effective change leadership while driving business changes and minimizing people's impact. - Lead and develop action plans with production, engineering, and division Quality Assurance to improve the product specifications, analytical procedures, and sampling programs and ensure that they are appropriate and meet system capability and key consumer requirements. - Serve as a key statistical resource. Verify product and process improvement through the implementation and analysis of statistically designed experiments and capability studies. - Manage the interpretation of in-process and analytical data to make quality evaluations, recommend actions for improvement, and ensure resolution. Challenge results and drive improvement. - Lead risk assessment analysis throughout the plant. Manage issues with non-conforming product to assure proper control, minimize losses, and provide analysis to drive the elimination of future occurrences. - Ensure full compliance with all performance objectives and standards of the Quality Control Plan. - Responsible for leading and managing quality processes such as work planning, pre-activity meetings, material management, Quality Incident Reports, Lesson Sharing and follow-up inspections. - Establish, monitor and provide reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), as well as QIRs for project teams to ensure continuous improvement. Analyze project KPIs, evaluate trends and provide improvement strategies. - Conduct routine Quality Audits and develop action plans to close gaps in our processes, people, and systems to ensure we are delivering a consistent quality product. Collaborate and work with other department managers to close those gaps. IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?
