Regional Corporate Development Manager

• Play a key role in advancing the Group’s Mergers & Acquisitions opportunity pipeline • Cultivate strategic, long‑term commercial relationships across North America • Lead the sourcing and development of M&A opportunities through proactive market engagement • Evaluate potential targets for strategic and financial alignment • Oversee initial commercial due diligence • Deliver high‑impact insights and executive‑ready materials • Work in close partnership with Corporate Development, M&A Transactions, and cross‑functional leadership to ensure disciplined, coordinated deal evaluation and execution

Job Requirements

  • University Degree or equivalent
  • 3-5 years in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development in the energy/utilities/industrial technology sector
  • Proven track record of leading transactions and strategic initiatives
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with in-depth understanding of industrial technology trends
  • Experience working in a global environment and matrixed organisation
