• Lead/support the financial forecasting of revenue, EBITDA, cash flow, working capital, backlog, DSO, and other financial metrics on a recurring basis, including monthly actual analysis, fiscal year projections, and the yearly AOP and multi-year strategic plan. • Support key weekly, monthly and quarterly analysis and reporting deliverables that track and communicate the performance of the business’ key metrics. • Collaborate with management enterprise-wide to create forward looking financial projections for cash and backlog and provide accompanying analysis. • Perform ad hoc financial analyses and special projects, responding to evolving business needs with speed and accuracy. • Perform multiple financial cost analysis functions, including cost allocation, setting up cost control systems, collecting data, controlling costs and preparing reports that maintain the company's cost accounting system. • Collaborate with Business Development to understand and forecast pipeline, book to bill and backlog metrics. • Support long-term strategic planning, including process development, presentation creation, and partnering between finance and strategy.

• Provide oversight and evaluation of proposals, monitoring major contracts. • Recommend and implement new solutions to achieve functional objectives. • Be a critical asset in key negotiations and resolve multi-faceted and complex contractual/customer issues. • Ensure compliance with Revolution Space policies and develop excellent customer relationships. • Administer, extend, negotiate and terminate standard and nonstandard contracts. • Act as primary interface with customer for contractual issues. • Support proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities. • Review and analyze customer Requests for Proposal (RFPs) to understand Statements of Work (SOW) and advise program team on terms and conditions. • Review terms and conditions to address provisions and risks.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring. • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job descriptions. • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals. • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases. • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring teams. • Provide timely updates to candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process. • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and professional communication. • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring activity and performance. • Participate in employer branding initiatives, college/career fairs and recruitment marketing campaigns. • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

• Supporting program planning and execution: Assisting in developing program plans, work breakdown structures, timelines, and resource allocation. • Project management oversight: Monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions to maintain project deliverables on time and within budget. • Risk management: Identifying and mitigating potential program risks, tracking risk mitigation plans. • Communication and reporting: Regularly communicating program status updates to stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and team members through reports and presentations. • Team leadership: Providing guidance and support to project teams, assigning tasks, and managing team performance. • Cost control: Tracking program expenditures, identifying cost variances, and implementing cost-saving measures. • Quality assurance: Ensuring adherence to quality standards and processes throughout the program and works closely with product assurance and mission assurance teams. • Contract management: Collaborating with contract and procurement teams to manage contracts and ensure compliance. • Stakeholder management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, managing expectations, and addressing concerns.

• Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive sourcing strategies for materials that align with the company's business goals and supply chain objectives. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure high-quality materials, timely delivery, and long-term partnerships. • Conduct regular assessments of supplier performance, including quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. • Monitor program specific supplier performance metrics and proactively act to address program and functional issues. • Understand and communicate material lead times and inventory risk. • Coordinate raw material post processing schedules with outside businesses partners. • Provide leadership and supervision to Manufacturing Engineering resources supporting production execution, ensuring alignment between material strategy, process capability, and production readiness. • Drive Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) considerations in collaboration with engineering teams, specifically for complex electromechanical assemblies. • Oversee the development, validation, and lifecycle management of production fixtures, tooling, and test equipment required for electromechanical device assembly and integration. • Partner with Manufacturing Engineering to develop and implement assembly processes, work instructions, and production routing for electromechanical systems. • Ensure fixture and tooling designs meet production rate, repeatability, ESD, and quality requirements, including validation through first article and process qualification activities. • Support root cause analysis and corrective action (RCCA) efforts related to production inefficiencies, fixture performance, or electromechanical integration challenges. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Kaizen) focused on reducing build cycle time, improving yield, and enhancing production scalability.

• Own and enforce configuration control across hardware, software, and technical data • Define, implement, and continuously improve configuration management (CM) processes, standards, and tools • Develop and maintain Configuration Management Plans (CMPs) at program and enterprise level • Serve as system owner and administrator for the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system • Establish and control part numbering schemes, bills of materials (BOMs), item attributes and lifecycle states • Own the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process end-to-end and establish and maintain product baselines (design, build, as-built) • Lead the Configuration Control Board (CCB): Drive decisions, prevent uncontrolled change, and ensure closure of actions • Support and prepare for configuration audits, manufacturing and readiness reviews, and design reviews • Compile and validate End Item Data Packages (EIDPs) for delivered products • Interface across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Program Management to maintain a single authoritative data source

• Proactively identify quality, reliability, and compliance risks across parts, materials, assemblies, and processes • Lead non-conformance, failure, and escape investigations using structured Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) methods. • Drive Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to verified closure • Support receiving inspection, in-process inspection, and final acceptance of flight hardware • Ensure travelers, work instructions, inspection plans, and records are accurate, complete, and followed • Perform supplier audits, risk assessments, and surveillance • Review and approve certificates of conformity, material certs, test data, and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)-type submittals • Drive supplier corrective actions and prevent recurrence • Help build, maintain, and improve a QMS aligned to AS9100 and ISO 9001 • Support internal audits, customer audits, and future certification readiness • Write, improve, and enforce procedures, work instructions, and quality records • Track and analyze non-conformances, escapes, scrap, rework • Identify systemic risks and trends before they become flight or schedule impacts • Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Mission Assurance
