• Conduct vendor, investigator site, and internal audits according to applicable GxP requirements. • Prepare detailed, high-quality audit reports and facilitate responses to audit observations. • Support the vendor management program by performing initial audits of vendors. • Manage the audit process through the quality management system. • Lead or participate in strategic initiatives to continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS), audit processes, and overall compliance to global standards. • Provide guidance and training on GxP requirements to functional area personnel. • Provide guidance and support during inspections and assist in developing responses to agency observations. • Provide audit metrics to Executive Management.

Days M-F, Remote This position exists to support Revenue Cycle Services' Total Quality Management team. This position will be responsible for performing various quality reviews, preparing and providing feedback to operational team members as well as other departments, and assisting in the development of Standard Work for team members. This position will help to ensure the accuracy and completeness of clinical medical record documentation and clinical coding as it pertains to assignment of patient status, documentation of care provided, support of billing for services provided and affect that data has on hospital reporting. This position will also be very involved in various quality initiatives across the Indiana University Health system. Key responsibilities/duties of this role - Facility Coding Quality Must Haves - 3-5 years facility Coding experience required. • Validate AI-generated artifacts, recommendations, and decisions produced by autonomous and semi-autonomous agents. • Evaluate outputs for accuracy, relevance, completeness, hallucination risk, and alignment with provided context modules and knowledge sources. • Test end-to-end agent workflows across the full lifecycle: Intent → Objective → Plan → Execution → Artifacts → Memory → Evolution. • Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Data teams to ensure QA coverage for regulated workflows, including healthcare-grade auditability and review readiness. • Contribute to the design of automated testing frameworks for agentic systems, including regression testing of AI outputs over time.

Role Description This project addresses that gap by collecting high-quality screen annotations and screen recordings performed by experienced domain experts working in real digital environments. Your Responsibilities: - Record screen sessions showcasing specific tasks, accompanied by clear verbal explanations for each step. - Annotate screenshots of professional software by accurately outlining relevant UI elements with bounding boxes. - Follow detailed staging instructions to establish specific UI states before recording. - Utilize a custom capture tool for consistent and accurate workflow recordings. - Strictly follow task guidelines to maintain the quality and usability of the data. Qualifications - Strong familiarity with professional software tools in your field, such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. - Detail-oriented and capable of adhering to precise instructions. - Comfortable working independently and meeting tight deadlines. - Access to a physical Mac and can create a new macOS user profile if necessary. Requirements - Previous experience in data collection, annotation, or QA tasks. - Experience in recording or documenting workflows. - Confidence in working with new tools and staged environments. Indicators of Success - Screen annotations are accurate, consistent, and comply with the provided guidelines. - Screen recordings effectively capture authentic, expert workflows. - Tasks are executed efficiently while ensuring high quality. - Gathered data is usable on a large scale for subsequent AI research and development. Contractual and Payment Terms - You will work as an independent contractor. - This role is fully remote, allowing you to work on your own schedule. - Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early based on needs and performance. - Payments will be issued weekly via Stripe or Wise, reflecting services rendered.
