Role Description We are seeking a self-motivated Business Process Analyst who thrives on improving efficiency, solving complex problems, and delivering enterprise-level impact. This role partners closely with business and technology leaders to analyze, define, and enable end-to-end business processes through next-generation enterprise applications supporting daily operations within our Less Than Truckload (LTL) Transportation Division. - Develop an in-depth understanding of LTL carrier operations and associated enterprise systems - Analyze current-state processes and define future-state (“to-be”) business processes - Translate operational and business needs into clear functional requirements, use cases, and user stories - Collaborate closely with software development teams throughout the solution lifecycle - Facilitate working sessions with cross-functional stakeholders to align on requirements and outcomes - Ensure solutions deliver measurable business value and support operational efficiency Qualifications - Proven experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements - Experience crafting user stories, managing backlogs, and documenting process flows - Experience developing business cases for IT initiatives - Experience working with software engineering methodologies - Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills - Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant professional experience Requirements - Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments - Experience within the LTL or logistics industry - Experience leveraging AI or automation tools for productivity improvements

Assisting the Account Receivables Dept based on client collections issues and opportunities is expected.
