Job Description

Principal Clinical Strategist

Qventus, Inc

• Serve as a strategic clinical voice across Periop and PCC product lines. • Leverage expertise in pre-anesthesia testing, perioperative nursing, and clinical workflow design. • Partner with clinical directors to ensure product decisions reflect actual care practices. • Drive expansion through clinical insights and own clinical workflow design and signoff.

Job Requirements

  • Active clinical license: RN with advanced practice and/or executive credentials (CNOR preferred), CRNA, PA-C, or MD/DO.
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of clinical experience, with at least 3 years in operational or clinical leadership roles.
  • Direct, hands-on experience with operations such as pre-anesthesia testing, perioperative service line leadership, OR scheduling, or anesthesia department operations.
  • Track record of leading clinical teams through significant workflow changes.
  • Comfortable presenting to and influencing senior clinical leaders and collaborating with frontline staff.
  • Strong cross-functional operating skills, owning outcomes, and making decisions across functions.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
